The staff that came to my house kept the appt time and showed us something we didn't know about our windows haha. A week later, guy returned and installed the window, and it took him less than a hour. On top of the quick, efficient service, I value the consistent communication throughout the process. I had minor damage around my windows due to the cannery fire on D street. The fire melted the stripping around the windows that holds the window in the frame. I originally called another window company and they told me the earliest someone could come out would be in 4 or 5 weeks. I then called Delta Glass. Jennifer shared with me they could not send anyone over for about two weeks. I informed her that would be OK. About 4 days later I got a call and said they could send someone over. Jennifer along with a nice young man came out and took the measurements. I also had them measure my bathroom window for a new screen. Within a couple of days Jennifer called with their quote. It was very reasonable for I was expecting to pay more. My insurance deductible is 500.00 and it did not even come close to that. Today, Jennifer and the same young man came out and put in the stripping and the new screen. I am so impressed by their customer service and by their work. I will first start in sharing that I typically refrain from my business inquires experiences, however, my personal experience with this company deserves it. From the start, I had a question regarding a CSLB claim and the deposits the state accepts versus what Delta Glass request. Once I proved their request to be false, the Owner (I found out later), seemed on edge in having me as a customer every since. She mentioned being willing to serve my family, only if she filed a pre-lien on my home, if I didn't pay 50% upfront BEFORE COMING TO AN AGREEMENT. Even then, I felt helpless after over a dozen calls to other Glass installers, so I decided to hang in there and give Delta Glass a shot. I persisted in asking to get someone to my property for measurements, additionally, I even supplied my best measurements along with photos, yet the Owner JENNIFER rejected the opportunity, and instead shared, that based on my questions, she did not want me as a customer. Mind you, I asked about the CSLB claim, and for someone to visit my home for an accurate estimate. That's it! As a consultant in a construction myself, I was extremely alarmed. Delta Glass may have many 5-star reviews, and I actually was hoping to be the next from my first initial call, but they deserve 0stars if at all possible, after my experience and time wasted. read more
