I gave the salesman VERY SPECIFIC measurements that said sectional had to be SMALLER THAN in order to fit in my space. I was reassured several times that the one I picked would fit. I put $1000 cash down on an $1800 sectional. Financed the rest under the understanding I had 0 APR for a year. Well, we finish the transaction and "oh btw you aren't getting the 0 APR for the year option". Wait 5+ weeks for the couch to be delivered, and ITS TOO BIG. about 11 inches too big to be exact. I go back and forth with two women (the only decent people in the entirety of my encounter with this establishment it seems), and was asked what I'd be willing to do to just keep the sectional and still be satisfied even though it very clearly wasn't what I wanted at this point. Made the compromise of asking them to take some amount of money off the amount I would still owe since, if I use the sectional, there's a whole part I won't be able to use. At the end, when all said and done, I was told "all sales are final". So to break it down in simpler terms, The salesman straight up lied to me about the dimensions of the sectional I was buying just to make the sale, I'm going to be out $2000+ once I pay it off (if I pay it off), and I'm stuck with a sectional that will be sitting in storage because I can't use it. I would not recommend buying from here, and if you do, beware and be extremely vigilant and do your own research as to whether whatever piece of furniture is right for you. Don't do what I did and assume they are all trustworthy people that have your needs and best interest in mind.

I ordered all of our appliances from Derocher's for our new home build, and they installed the…read morewarming drawer. When we closed in April, we noticed that the warming drawer did not close straight or flush and has a gap of about 1/2" at the top. After notifying the builder, we nobody came out to look at it until May 19. The tech that came couldn't fix it but identified that it was installed with the rear higher than the front and that the installers would have to fix it and that he'd order some parts for them (not sure what parts). After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.

During the first service call, the repair people somehow cracked the inside of the fridge. I was told there is no way to fix the damage. The refrigerator needs a part from Samsung that has come in damaged now 4 different times. Durochers can order the part for next day delivery, so they could have tried far more than 4 times, btw. The last time, the part sat at Durochers for over 3 weeks before they even inspected it. ​ We have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact us, but been ignored every time. We have not had a working refrigerator in over 6 months now, but Durochers hasn't offered an apology or any sort of assistance.
