    If I could put 0 stars, I would. Sleazy salesmanship and ownership…read more I came in to buy a sectional on Easter 2026. I gave the salesman VERY SPECIFIC measurements that said sectional had to be SMALLER THAN in order to fit in my space. I was reassured several times that the one I picked would fit. I put $1000 cash down on an $1800 sectional. Financed the rest under the understanding I had 0 APR for a year. Well, we finish the transaction and "oh btw you aren't getting the 0 APR for the year option". Wait 5+ weeks for the couch to be delivered, and ITS TOO BIG. about 11 inches too big to be exact. I go back and forth with two women (the only decent people in the entirety of my encounter with this establishment it seems), and was asked what I'd be willing to do to just keep the sectional and still be satisfied even though it very clearly wasn't what I wanted at this point. Made the compromise of asking them to take some amount of money off the amount I would still owe since, if I use the sectional, there's a whole part I won't be able to use. At the end, when all said and done, I was told "all sales are final". So to break it down in simpler terms, The salesman straight up lied to me about the dimensions of the sectional I was buying just to make the sale, I'm going to be out $2000+ once I pay it off (if I pay it off), and I'm stuck with a sectional that will be sitting in storage because I can't use it. I would not recommend buying from here, and if you do, beware and be extremely vigilant and do your own research as to whether whatever piece of furniture is right for you. Don't do what I did and assume they are all trustworthy people that have your needs and best interest in mind.

    This has been the worst experience. My son purchased a sofa at the Findlay store early June and…read morepaid for white glove delivery. While bringing the sofa into the home, the young men ripped the sofa. They took note and told my son they already reported it to Ashely while at the home. They said he would be getting a call the following day to set up a repair service. They never called him. We went to the store he purchased it at and talked to his salesman. He was told it never got reported so they put the report in. My son got a text to set up a repair date, he took time off work to meet with them, then he gets a text stating it was going to be earlier in the day which he could not do. They rescheduled to another date a few weeks later. He again takes time off work to meet with them, and he gets a text stating they moved the repair service to 6:45-11:45PM on a Friday night! Nobody showed up. Went to the salesman again and he put in an exchange request, as should have been done in the first place. My son didn't pay for a ripped sofa. Set up another date for a delivery to exchange out the ripped sofa and instead they sent a repairman, and as he's at the house he finds out they sent the wrong fabric to repair it. Another delay. It's now early October and still nothing has been resolved. I've called to set up a delivery exchange five times in a week and for some reason they can't move forward. "Things are still in manifest" is their response. Four months since they delivered and ripped a new sofa my son paid for and we can't get anyone to help. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would never do business with this company again ...ever!

    Picked out a leather chair and sofa. It was delivered and I noticed that the leather chair had a…read morepiece on the back that wasn't sewn right. It would not line up and close without hanging crooked. There is also a permanent wrinkle in the back and the seat is already sagging. (this chair purchased/delivered in December, 2025). The delivery person took pictures, we took pictures and went to the store the next day. The store was NOT interested at all in what I had to say. They handed me a paper with a number to call to "lodge a complaint". All we get after sending pics and filling out info is a "computer person" saying it is in process and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. I will gladly update this review if there is a resolution but I'm pretty sure given the quality of service that the update won't be happening. What's interesting to me, too, is that how pleasant the salespeople were. Little did I know that the pleasantries would stop once they got their money. Lesson learned...the hard way.
