If the would be a zero star I would put it. We bought a dinning table with chair in this store last February 2019, for quite amount of money along side with the insurance. After 5 months one of the chair (which is the isle chair, and it cost more than the regular one) was broken last Tuesday afternoon when my dad was having his lunch, the front leg got broken and my dad fell from it. These are my concerns: 1. We called right away, the lady I spoked with just transferred me to customer care(which is a third party insurance), I have been waiting for more than 20mins and nobody responded, I just hang up. 2. My husband called and was told that the insurance will not cover it, because for that amount of insurance they only COVER THE SCRATCHES not the BREAKAGE DUE TO CRACK of the wood from the leg, that they will refer us to another repair company and we have to PAY OUT OF OUR POCKET, FOR REAL!!!??? What is the ise of the insurance, it seems that THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SELLING THE INSURANCE THAT WON'T EVEN WORK FOR YOUR NEEDS DUE TO THEIR WORKMANSHIP FAILURE. 3. I called the customer again coz I got furious about what they said to my husband. They try to accomplish me coz I got mad with the issue in the insurance, so they send me email that I have to respond within 72hrs with the pictures of the broken chair. I respond to the email with the letter of my concern along with the pictures of the broken chair. I was TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT THEY WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24-48hrs of my response, but since Wednesday morning up to this time Saturday afternoon, NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!! 4. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS SELLING A CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS, how will a $300 plus chair got broken after 5 months of minimal usage.... I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND WITH YOUR PRODUCT...

BEWARE! I furnished my entire apartment with Ashley in August of 2019. I spent thousands of dollars here. Everything was delivered and assembled within a week. They let you know that once delivered any returns have to be done by you without the delivery service help. I noticed after a few weeks my dresser was not holding the drawers correctly due to sloppy assembly. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. Fast forward 6 months later my $700 Dresser is completely falling apart. I called to make another compliant and they opted to send me more drawers... not a new dresser. I received my drawers at the beginning of June and had a scheduled maintenance appointment the first week of July due to COVID. I flew back to NY from CA for my appointment only to be told there was a problem with the scheduling and they wouldn't be coming. They rescheduled me for the following week only for that appointment to come and the same thing to happen. This happened TWO MORE TIMES! It's now the end of July and I still have these boxes sitting in my living room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

You guys sold a frame to me and my husband that does not support us i got the bed Wednesday and all ready had it serviced one and have to get serviced again. Screws are coming out my frame and all I'm Currently waiting waiting for parts so they can come service my bed again thanks alot yall Customer service sucks yall not worried about the customer yall worried about the Commission thanks alot I should of went to BOBS

She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. We would have bought the sofa anyway, but we refused to deal with this level of service. In contrast, we had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Middle Village with Aggie. She was professional, attentive, and made the purchase process smooth and pleasant.

Then you purchase & they send you a different sectional from what you order. It happens twice with the same couch, when I complain & return it. The pillow are sew into the back of the couch, & they don't align with the bottom of the seat, which indicates that it shows a hole between the seat & the back. It's no way you can fixed it. I try everything it won't work the stupid material wrinkles at the corner I won't give any stars but I have to give one. Otherwise won't let me post my comment

The initial representative I tried to speak with was really rude, but another associate saw that I was about to walk out and took over. She was great and had some good suggestions for me, so the purchase went through seamlessly. The delivery team was great also -- they removed the old piece and installed the new one so it was ready to use right away. It's still important to shop around since that area has several options, but in general the piece I finally found with the associate's help is working out fine. Recommending.

Received a call from supervisor Rosa -- the same person who handled my purchase. She refused to take the chair back, claiming it's non-refundable, though I was told otherwise at the time of sale. She only offered an exchange, with zero appreciation or accountability. I still haven't received my invoice. Feel completely scammed and disappointed.

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. This review is based on service. We actually purchased a…read moremattress set at macys.com but had some issues with our purchase. We weren't too sure, and also considered some changes to our order. We did not have good fortune in resolving via phone so we decided to go in-person to the Macys on Queens Blvd after work. There we met with Henry Cepeda in the Mattress dept. He took such time and care, explaining and listening, showing us the product how we imagined it, and pros and cons - which saves us money!! We honestly felt like he really cared about us and making sure we are comfortable with our decision and purchase. Never did he try to upsell us, or pressure us . He even spoke to his manager on our behalf to help us process a change in our order and told us of another discount which we got (which would have never been available by phone or online). This worker was genuine. We could tell he cares about customers and our experience. You are so fortunate to have him on staff. He's why we would go to Macy's. We are sure it was probably close to the end of his workday too, but he never let it show. He said any problem at all we can call him or email him or even stop by and see him. It's so rare to have this high level of customer service and we were impressed! Thank you Mr Henry Cepeda and thank you Macy's.
