This was explained to us by the store employee. We were told they will let orders sit and grab higher tip amounts/closer delivery locations. This resulted in a repeatedly delayed order until we finally cancelled. Also- there was an ADDITIONAL tip added to the order just for the driver- but apparently 15% wasn't enough.
