So far I'm a huge fan. When we went to the Newington CT store, we were not followed, annoyed, accosted or any of the other obnoxious behaviors often seen at furniture stores. It probably helped that we knew exactly what we were looking for. Jimmy Flores assisted us and came up with exactly the same price I'd calculated on line. We received the promised call re: delivery date and time; and in fact got a human follow up to the robocall being sure we got the robocall. So far so good. Our delivery time was 1:30-3:30 pm. The truck arrived promptly at 3:30. The men were polite; one being a bit more knowledgeable than the others, and assured the others they could indeed assemble the bed frame around our Select Comfort bed. All the pieces looked beautiful. They put quilted pads down to protect our wood floors as they assembled the furniture.The only issue we've discovered the morning after delivery was that the side rails of the king sized bed were installed upside down (the finished edge facing down). I called the customer service number that was provided on our original paperwork from purchase. Said number was out of service. I thought this was the start of my journey into a dark hole. I called the store and emailed the customer service dept. I was quickly assisted by a lovely young lady who was able to schedule the repair for next week. I'll reserve the 5th star until that is successfully completed. read more

The very first time Ashley Urbanology Collection was introduced I was impressed. This collection is sleek, stylish, and commands attention. I was immediately drawn to the Ranimar Dining Room Table set with the bench seating. It has that industrial loft look, and enough room to seat a party of eight. I decided to visit the Ashley Homestore in Newington on Costello Road. I was impressed by the fact that I could look around for a while without being badgered. I knew exactly what I wanted, and thankfully I met Mike Register, a salesperson who could feel my vibe. He knew the product, and suggested several ways we could mix and match to achieve that loft look. Mike spent a considerable amount of time with me, since I was also interested in lighting and dining room servers. I didn't have my room dimensions and Mike ensured me that they would make sure it worked. Another associate, Dan Bezubik assisted in pulling up room dimensions on the computer. Once I purchased the furniture, I called my contractor and remodeled my kitchen and dining room to accommodate my new purchase. It's beautiful, and I'm very pleased. Thanks Mike for seeing my vision. My grandmother and I went to Ashley Homestore on January 2, 2017 after having a horrible experience with a different furniture store. When walking in we were not bombarded by a salesperson which was nice as we were able to browse the store and see what we liked most. My grandmother and I are currently selling our home and moving to a mobile home so we were looking for a small dining set, small couch and love seat, and a narrow recliner. After finding some great pieces, we got to meet the showroom floor manager, Rondell Lauray, who was extremely helpful and worked with us on pricing. He was very patient with us and kind. When Rondell had to deal with a situation in the store, Jonathan Rome, a home furnishings consultant, helped us with the rest of our transaction and he was as well extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each piece of furniture. I could not recommend both Rondell and Jonathan enough as they made our experience shopping at Ashley Homestore very satisfying and enjoyable. My grandmother and I were extremely happy with he customer service at Ashley Homestore and ended up getting some great pieces for our new mobile home at a great price! read more

First off, everyone is super friendly and no one stalks you around the store like other places. My husband and I purchased a sofa and love-seat set. Later that day, we found the same set on their website for cheaper. We called them and they matched the price for us immediately and asked us to come back the next day to re-sign the paperwork. Then, after we got off the phone with them, I found a promo code to use on the website that gave us an additional 15% off! We printed what we saw, brought it with us the next day when we went to sign our new paperwork. They printed new paperwork (again, third time!) and gave us the additional 15% off with no hassle, no problem. They made the process so easy and accommodating. We will definitely be back! read more

Our family stopped by right before closing time and the manager was super kind and willing to help. We stayed until about 30 minutes after the store should have been closed but we never felt rushed. We were welcomed to take our time laying on and trying out the mattresses we were interested in. We did not feel pressured to buy but actually felt a sense of relief after we left this store. wow! what a beautiful store and atmosphere to walk into. the sales people did not jump on you like they do at other furniture stores. we were greeted by jonathan and he said if we needed him he would be around or he would check on us after we walked around. my husband and i eneded up buying the dining set we came in for along with a bed for our daughter. from the start to end of our buying experience everything went smoothly and the delivery team was very professional! we will definetly be visiting the ashley homestore again for future purchase! read more
