However, be very careful if you apply for their store credit card, which is handled by Wells Fargo.I have a perfect credit score and excellent financial standing, but I was instantly declined because my last name is hyphenated. Wells Fargo's automated system apparently cannot handle hyphenated names. To make matters worse, Wells Fargo's customer service was terrible. They refused to rerun my application or help me fix the issue, even after I updated my information with TransUnion. They just left a hard hit on my credit report and told me to reapply from scratch.I am fortunate enough to pay cash, but Jordan's Furniture is definitely losing business from great customers because of Wells Fargo's flawed system.
