Hello, I purchased an Ashley reclining sectional Shortly afterwards, repair was needed on a reclining seat. I reached out to Ashley, scheduled a service appointment and it turns out the incorrect part was shipped. (Ashley Order #0673488613) I have emailed, called and left several messages for a reschedule and I have heard from no one. This matter is now a year old and I clueless as to how to proceed. The repair was never completed and the incorrect part still sits here in my home. Ashley Furniture, can you please help me on this one? read more

I ended up with a really nice bed set and was really happy. They had it delivered on time to my new house too! NEVER again will I go there. They lie. We bought a very nice reclining leather sofa. Within 2 yrs the leather in 2 spots rubbed off. We had it fixed. Then the handle on one side of the recliner broke off after arguing with them it was fixed. Now the other handle broke off and last night 9/1 2019 the repaired handle broke. They told us it would last a life time. Sure it would have if we had died within 1 yr. PLEASE dont be sucked in by them. LOUSY furniture I guess. read more

I ordered a recliner, loveseat, and couch in 3/30/19 for about $3500 and was pretty excited about it at first. We paid the amount and once the transaction went through, that was when we were told that it wouldn't be ready for delivery until 5/1/18... a whole freaking month. Needless to say, we just moved to the area and got rid of our old furniture before moving because it was old and messed up. We have our dining room table in our living room so we don't have to basically sit on the floor until they decide to give us our couches. I just called and was told that it's "running behind schedule" and that it's being postponed until the week of May 13th. They said they would call me right back after they checked to see if they could deliver at least one piece of the furniture until we can get the rest. They are definitely delving into shady business practices. Wish I didn't have to rate them with any stars at all because even 1 star is above them. Not happy at all and they should go out of business AFTER they give me my damn furniture I paid for. Update: so I got a call back and they said that they may be able to deliver my recliner and couch next week but it would take longer for the loveseat so I would probably have to wait another 2 weeks for that. I just want what I paid for all at the same time. Is that too much to ask for?! read more

I'm guessing your employees are commission based? My wife and I went there yesterday, and a lady met us right at the front door, we told her we was just looking at dining tables, she pointed us to the direction the tables were and I figured that we would be able to browse but I was wrong. She followed us around the store like a lost puppy and kept pushing us towards tables that we didn't like, we did finally see a table that peaked our interest and guess what I turn around and she is standing right behind us. Needless to say we walked right out the door, I will not be pressured to purchase anything, it was like dealing with a car dealership. We will not be back. read more

Watch out for this company, they sell sub par merchandise that they sell at Wal-Mart. The lie and manipulate to make a sell but do not try to use a warranty or any other wonderful ideas they are selling! Worse furniture company around! read more

Purchased a couch and 2 recliners from Owensboro Ashley thought I was getting a quality furniture based on their name. There protection plan is basically useless If you you a have a problem it only covers Fabric not damage to furniture. My couch is barely used and cracks and creaks when you sit on it the cushions are out of shape its a shame for a couch a little over a year old that this is happening and the protection plan covers nothing. The kicker is the furniture actually comes from a Warehouse advertised on tv and it is half the price seen my couch and couldn't believe it this is false advertising and I hope someone reads this and does something about their scheming ways The old saying you get what you pay for Is not true when you shop here might as well go to a swap meet and buy furniture. They do not stand by their product and sell it for twice as much here in Owensboro. At the corporate level they are useless each showroom is independent and will do nothing to help won't even contact you or the store. This is my experience with Ashley furniture buyer beware Ashley sells defective furniture and will do nothing even with a protection plan to fix a Problem with their product. read more

Will never buy anything from them again! Lousy quality and even worse customer service. Pay a little more and get much more! Furniture doesn't hold up and management doesn't follow through or care. This applies to the entire Ashley chain! read more

What wonderful furniture they have. Such a good quality and not a bad price. You get what you pay for folks. If you pay $200 for a recliner and it breaks in 2 years then you shouldn't have bought it from the place you did. Shop around do your homework. We did and we love the staff at Ashley's. read more

Buyer beware! Bought love seat and recliner, after being lied to about the delivery date, it was delivered a month later, love seat fabric stitching was ripped, recliner and loveseat smaller than what was ordered. The inches of the height, depth, and width was four-five inches smaller than the display. After talking to "Paul" who refused to give his last name and calling back over and over again, I've been told I'm getting a refund. We will see. If you buy from these people, check the size is what you ordered! They know that they are ripping people off! read more

I went to purchase a new bed for my 6 year old daughters next visit, we found a very nice bed she loved and the price was right and we purchased. As we were finished signing I asked when it would be delivered and was told by August 14th. I wavered and almost cancelled the purchase as it was halfway through her next visit but was persuaded to continue with the purchase. As of August 15th no bed, and no contact from Ashley, when I called today was told I should never have been told it would be delivered by August 14th and it might be in by the week of August 20th. Of course my daughter's visit is over by that time and thus a very sad little girl and a very dissatisfied customer. This was my second purchase with Ashley and the first purchase was great with delivery within days of my purchase, this one however was a severe disappointment for my daughter who was super excited for her first big girl bed. I was told a manager from the store would call me but I haven't heard from anyone yet. read more
