Our friends' mom passed away and we wanted to send a pretty floral arrangement to the funeral in Kentucky (we are in Texas). We found Ivy Trellis Floral online and ordered the "Scent with Love" arrangement with a scented candle. The arrangement was delivered to the right place on time and I received timely delivery notification. This arrangement from Ivy Trellis Floral was GORGEOUS - elegant, sophisticated, and reasonably priced. The candle was so nice. I called to let them know how beautiful everything was. I ordered their "Mosaic of Memories" bouquet as a Mother's Day gift. What I got was completely different, as you can see in the photos than what they advertised on their website. So I called the store and spoke with Ashley. I explained how the bouquet is a modern style which I do not like and that it did not correspond to the photo on their website. She tried to justify the arrangement sent by saying that it will never correspond exactly to the photo because, "I am not a robot." I told her that I knew she wasn't a robot but anyone with a basic idea of flower arrangements would understand symmetry. She also said that the flower stems in the arrangement were of different sizes. My response was simple, "Cut them to the size that fits a symmetrical arrangement." Now in Ashley's defense, she did ask me if I wanted a refund which I did not accept because I did not want to look like I was just out for a freebie. However, she is extremely lacking in social skills. Whatever happened to customer service? I agree with Aubrey, Another yelper who said her bouquet "was not well arranged." Should have listened to her. I will never give them my business again. read more

We had a big event for a family member that we couldn't attend because we live across the country, and Julia + the entire Ivy Trellis team went above and beyond to make sure we were able to send a surprise in time!! She even went so far as to send us a photo of the arrangement (STUNNING) so that we could be a part of the process. The kindest, loveliest group!! It can be really hard to find florists in smaller towns whose arrangements don't look like the same generic bouquets you often see that all start to look kind of the same after a while, which is why I'm so glad Ivy Trellis is here in Owensboro. I've sent and received flowers from them several times and they never fail to disappoint! Their floral designer is extremely talented. Her beautiful arrangements are so unique, thoughtful, and creative. I'd pick Ivy Trellis's flowers (see what I did there? ) over the bouquets that look like they were copied and pasted from 1800Flowers website any time. read more

The arrangement does not look like the picture on the website (at all!). It is in a brown basket, I would have liked the white one since it was for a funeral. The arrangement is not full as the website picture shows. I expect a better arrangement for the total cost of $158.63. The good thing was that the person it was sent to thought it was beautiful. Bottom line, make the arrangement full with more flowers, even if it is white carnations. Don't leave it looking sparse. read more

I ordered flowers from a company called "For You Flowers"; which I guess also goes as "Flowers USA". The were arranged locally by "The Ivy Trellis'. Now, the arrangement I ordered was called, "Hold My Heart" Bouquet. I am supplying pictures of what I ordered and what my wife received. On the order, I had put down for delivery on 02/14, Valentines Day. The receipt said by the end of the day on 02/14. They were delivered on 02/13, the card wasn't correct and the pictures will show the rest. Now, most of the problems was with the online company; but I figure if you are going to do business with them, then you are putting your name behind it as well. Here are the pics, you decide if they should get more than one star. If it was just the online company, I'd give them Negative 5 stars! read more

we are devastated. we got sad, pitiful flowers for a funeral arrangement. i guess they thought they could tip off out of towners.

Our original plan was to be in Owensboro this week for my grandmother's birthday. Due to the coronavirus, we didn't want to make the trip and possibly make family sick, or worse. My last conversation with my grandmother, she was bummed about her rose bushes being dead. So my wife and I talked about it and called Ivy Trellis Floral and got this setups lol the way from Leander, TX. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and making my grandmother's birthday special with us being so far away! Fast and easy to deal with over the phone. I've used this place what must be 25 times now, the staff is friendly, punctual and the flowers are extremely high quality and worth the money (they're pretty cheap). When I purchased flowers from other places for her they would die off in a matter of a week or two and we cared for them correctly, with this place I've had flowers last the longest time ever. The shop is extremely cute and filled with plenty of gifts and their delivery is always great and very understanding! read more

Ordered a bouquet over the phone for my aunts funeral and paid $80 for a bunch of fillers and cheap daisies that were not even arranged well. I asked for bright colors and got blah fall colors like burgundy and gray. It looked very randomly thrown together. Not happy. Should have stuck with Welborns. read more
