I called the Pensacola store today to find out about ordering furniture for my condo on Navarre Beach. We have ordered from this store before and have always had a great experience. I spoke with Kimberly on the phone and set up an appointment to go into the store to see some of the new furniture that would be great for our condo. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by Kimberly H. and we were amazed by all of the new changes to the store. Everything was displayed beautifully, there were many new items on the floor and the decoration options were endless. Kimberly walked with us through the store and took the time to assist us with picking the perfect furniture for our needs. When we got to the financing part of our visit it was very easy and we love the 0% financing options. We worked with John in customer service and he was very professional and courteous. I own a vacation rental business in Perdido Key, and have had great service from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Pensacola. We have been upgrading queen mattresses to kings in many properties. Ashley sells a Sealy Posturepedic king mattress set that is priced right, plus Ashley has some new upholstered headboards, making a very updated and fashionable upgrade that is affordable for my owners. I work with Gloria in Pensacola, and she is awesome! Also, new owners joining our rental program have worked with the designers in Pensacola and Spanish Fort to furnish or refurnish units they purchase, and all have been extremely pleased with the service and prices. Tim at Ashley Furniture is the man to see! He helped me and my partner for 2-3 hours while we toured the store numerous times. We tested nearly every mattress and decided between three bedroom suites. We had one specific couch picked out online. Once we located it in store, Tim made us aware of the fact it was on clearance and bundled with a huge rug, two end tables, coffee table AND two lamps! We couldn't pass up that deal! Also, Donna, Alayna and John made our experience worthwhile! We left the store thrilled and thankful after purchasing everything mentioned above. This is my second experience with this company. I had been looking online for a couch and dining set for my new home and was pretty certain I would use Ashley Home Store. But, I visited a local competitor first for a better onsite view. I was ignored my entire visit, despite seeing all others who entered being helped. So I went to Ashley's Pensacola location and was greeted by the lovely Susan. Susan in the Pensacola store was excellent. Walked right in told her what I needed and within minutes I was directed to exactly what I wanted. She has a great smile, personality, very professional, and genuine. Genuine is rare, so I value you it when demonstrated. Did not try to sell me what I did not want. Not only did I have a wonderful experience in purchasing my recliner in the store with Kimberly but the delivery was so awesome! Jared called right around the time the delivery window started and approximated arrival in 20 minutes! It all went off without a hitch and they covered the door frame with a great padding just in case!! The recliner was placed where I wanted and all good - in and out in under 10 minutes!! Blake introduced himself to me and my husband, but did not hover over us, but was accessible enough if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!
