Craig, the owner helped my grandmother pick a mattress and she received a great deal. She was so happy that she had rave reviews and I decided to take the plunge and buy a new mattress myself. This process couldn't have been any easier and Craig couldn't have been any nicer. I'm not sure who gave him a 1-star review but there is no possible way that we are talking about the same person. Craig was not pushy, he was informative and walked us through all price options. We even had our one-year old daughter that we incidentally had to change while we were there and he offered to let us change her on a mattress in the store! (On a sheet of course). We purchased a Stearns & Foster adjustable bed and I am so happy I went to Bedzzz Express first. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new mattress. read more

Went to Bedz express today to shop around for a tempur pedic bed.. Wow it was a terrible experience Compared to going there 3 weeks ago. I dealt with the Store manager today versus area manager 3 weeks ago. The positives about this experience was, if I had to say, being knowledgeable. Let's go dive into the bad. The manager knew I had already shopped around at other competitors and pricing was what I wanted to iron out. That is where it started out the pushy salesmen attitude. If it's not clear, most people don't like that, I am among them. I knew the actual beds are price set from tempur pedic. However, everyone offers perks meaning, what they throw in and financing. I discovered that it was either the perks or 4 year interest financing from Bed Express. I wish the store ad stated that rather than always stating to visit the store for details. I understand though, different stores run different promo's to move product. During the conversation to get pricing and how much everything would be, store manager kept asking what it would take to earn my business. When earlier he said to go somewhere else because they would not be able to combine the 300 bonus gifts and financing. I elaborated that if financing cannot be combined, it would not be a deal breaker and I was still interested in purchasing from bedz express because of the service I received from the area manager. Also if you have back issues then with proper documentation, you can avoid paying taxes in the state of Florida. Clearly I don't have that documentation on hand since I discovered about it earlier that day. After he discovered that I would need additional processing time to figure out how to purchase the mattress, he abruptly got up and left. Normally, most people don't make the decision to buy a 4500 bed in 10 minutes. Stating he needed to assist someone with a mattress delivery. Overall, the experience I had today was not ideal, and really seemed like I was wasting his time and became argumentative. His assistant walked up and stated good luck. I recently purchased a mattress through the BedzzzExpress store in Pensacola, FL. The salesman there was fantastic. His name is Tracy and he was extremely pleasant and more than happy to answer any and all of the questions my fiancé and I had. He didn't try to push us into something outside of our price range and tried to match us to a mattress that was in our budget. All in all he is an outstanding salesman. That's where my pleasant experience ended. I'm in the military going through naval aviation training, so the majority of my time is devoted to studying for this difficult training. I purchased this mattress and was assured it would arrive at the latest the next Wednesday. Wednesday came and my mattress was nowhere to be found. In fact it couldn't even be delivered (at the earliest) for another week. I was very upset by this, as I had already sold my current bed to make room for the new mattress. After finding a suitable mattress in the same price range that could in fact be delivered the next day, all was made right and I went home. Unfortunately I had to sleep on my couch, which was very uncomfortable because of a back issue I have, and as a result I got less than 3 hours of sleep. On Thursday afternoon I called the shop (as instructed) to find out what time the truck would arrive. I was told it would be there in an hour, after Tracy had called the delivery personnel and was told by them they would be there in an hour. I allotted an extra 15 minutes into that time and arrived approximately 15 minutes after they told me the truck would arrive. When I walked in the door I discovered that the delivery truck was still more than an hour away. Tracy was furious; as was I (I had a substantial amount of studying to do and didn't need to spend my time sitting in a mattress store). He put me in touch with the district manager named Dean, who tried to make me seem unreasonable for being upset (after explaining everything I had to deal with, between not having a mattress, sleeping on my couch, and now having to sit in the store for at least another hour). He offered to have his delivery truck deliver the mattress THE NEXT DAY! Again, I had already told him (now at least twice) that I NEEDED a mattress; I couldn't afford to spend another restless/painful night on my couch. Essentially he had nothing he could do to help me and I got off the phone even more frustrated than I had started. Ultimately I got my mattress, but had hours of my time (and my friends time, who was waiting for me to come home to help me unload it) wasted. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; unfortunately Tracy had to suffer because of a poorly run company that is entirely out of his control. Granted I ultimately a mattress that was worth 200 dollars more. But honestly it wasn't worth the hassle I had to go through. If I still had my old bed I would have asked for my money back. read more
