Lidia was able to show us not only four (4) different styles but the swatches of colors and patterns available. She also explained the construction of the furniture and how the warranty covers the many parts of the furniture. Our sales person was patient in showing the different couches the difference in features between models as well as answer additional questions we had. Lidia was great at allowing us time to talk with one another to what we thought of each selection. Then the associate took us to a computer mock up of our living room able to simulate the color of our wood floors and walls. We don't. typically by on the spot we will shop around or go home to think about it. But the designs that were offered, the patience of our sales associate, we were there over an hour and she was so kind and gracious in the process. This wasn't our first La-Z-Boy furniture so we were confident in the quality already. The sales associate was good about reassuring the warranty the material of our furniture. We explained we do have pets and Lidia took the time to explain how certain materials will hold up better to pets as well. Over all we were very comfortable making the purchase the same day and confident in Lidia's feedback and information she provided, highly recommend a visit exceptional service.

On every occasion I have called to check on my order several representatives act as if it's my fault that I am no longer willing to tolerate their abysmal Customer service. This store could live up to that claim easily. First, there was a toy section filled with nostalgia. Some toys are American but others are labeled as made in Guatemala or other countries. Some I hadn't seen since childhood and I immediately began to put them in my cart like a little kid. Next, there is a furniture section. My only disappointment with this section is that certain items are put together for your viewing pleasure but are sold individually to you. That makes sense for a living room set but not on a single chair where they sell you just the frame and the pillow that goes along with it separately. A wine section is available as well as many other candies from around the world, hence the name of the store. Go in, lose yourself for an hour or two, but expect to come out with something in your hands.

Years ago I had a side business of artificial plants and flower arranging, and made swags, wreaths, and all kinds of arrangements for home decoration. I took pride in using high quality materials. Hobby Lobby has some of the best quality and most realistic greenery and flowers I have ever seen. (They also have less expensive lower and medium quality available, but you get what you pay for!) They also have a huge variety of flowers in natural and fashion colors to match your needs. They also have an enormous variety of fabric, ribbons, notions of all kinds, for whatever project you have in mind. I don't sew, but I needed some fabric and material to refresh some mats for a picture for my office and found just what I needed. In the past I did find buttons here to replace some on a favorite shirt. Hobby Lobby does offer custom framing and mat services, however that is quite expensive IMHO. For double mats and new glass for a 31 X 31 print in a frame the quote was $130. I didn't want to spend that much. So I reused the old mats by covering them with fresh materials purchased at Hobby Lobby (I purchased the glass separately elsewhere). It ran me less than $50 and I like it better than with traditional mats. (picture is included). Even if you are not into doing a craft yourself, there are many crafts and decoration items here already finished. It's a great place to browse and get inspired. I enjoy walking around and seeing the different sections by motif: western décor, art deco, shabby chic, old elegance, to sparkly and pink for your little girl's room. The atmosphere is always peaceful. Hobby Lobby also offers party supplies and supplies for special occasions such as a wedding (tiaras, ostrich plume pens, boutonnieres and corsages, etc.) Be aware that there are usually some kind of specials going on, such as 40% off table ware, or 30% off artificial succulents... I got 50% off the gold trim I purchased for my project. There are coupons you can get online as well. So if you think something is priced at more than what you want to pay and are patient it will likely go on sale soon!
