I typically do not like to leave reviews for stores however; I have found the exception here. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles. My family of five were not looking for anything specific so we said that we would like to look around. My daughter loved the Sorinella Queen Upholstered Bed and insisted to get it. Not only was the quality good, but the bed frame was surprisingly sturdy and was perfect for her since she likes reading in bed. We asked David, a sales associate, for the price and found it reasonable. We decided to buy it and the entire process of payment, information, and delivery was the easiest process of any furniture items I have ever bought. They had a deal where if you donated $20 to the St. Jude Research Foundation you receive 20% discount. David was friendly and made us laugh. I gave four out of five only because the entire selection was smaller than I thought; however the selection pieces were modern and classic. Overall, Ashely's is a great furniture store. Although, they have a smaller selection I'm sure you will find something that you'll like. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM Ashley Furniture in Rogers, AR (YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO) I ordered a new bedroom set from Ashley Furniture June 2026. I was told that since this was a special order it would be 6-8 weeks before it would arrive. I was fine with that, as the 6 week mark approached I contacted Ashley Furniture and was told the order should be in at the end of July, again I was fine with that. As the end of July approached I called them again for an update to confirm my order was still on tract, I was then told my order was delayed yet again (no explanation other than "these things happen) and it should arrive the first week of August. On August 3 I contacted Ashley Furniture again to check the status and was told my order was in and ready for me to schedule a delivery date. So as I'm setting up the delivery date, I'm told that there would be a footboard and night stand delivered, when I questioned where the rest of my order was I was told it was delayed. When I asked if she could tell me when the rest of my order would arrive she told me that it would be approximately 3-4 more weeks, but was unable to give me a specific time frame. When I asked why it part of my order arrived and the other part was delayed, I was only given the explanation of "these things happen" So I asked them to cancel the order because I was tired of waiting and no longer wished to wait another 3-4 weeks (that would probably turn into even longer) and that no one from Ashley Furniture bothered to have the curtesy to call me to give me a heads up on the delay and when I asked to cancel the order, I was informed that I would be charged a 40% restocking fee. (what a F*** Scam) Fast forward to last week , August 19th I received a call letting me know my order was in and ready for delivery. I decided to go ahead and go through with the purchase vs paying their ridiculous 40% restocking fee scam. When I scheduled the delivery I confirmed with the girl that was scheduling the appointment multiple times that everything was in, the complete bed, the nightstand and the dresser and it would all be on one truck and she assured me it would be on one truck. Friday, August 21 the delivery driver shows up with only a footboard and a nightstand and we were told that we would have to schedule another delivery appointment for the remainder of the order. When I called the store to ask to speak to the manager, I was told that he had just gone into a meeting and he would call me right back. I asked for the GM and RM's name and number, I was told the store manager was also the General Manager and Regional Manager. Well after several hours of waiting on a call back I decided to call Ashley Furniture corporate office (what a joke that was) they transferred me to the Rogers store where I did finally get to speak to the SM (who is also the GM & RM) I expressed my frustrations to him very strongly and told him that since no one from Ashley Furniture had ever contacted me to tell me my order would be delayed (not delayed just once or twice but 3 times) and the fact that only part of my order was delivered, that I wanted a 40% credit towards my purchase for the inconvenience of taking off work to be available for them to deliver and having to take off work again for the remainder of my order to delivered seeing how I was going to be charged a 40% Restocking Fee Scam (seems fair). He advised that all he could do would be to offer me a Gift Certificate to their store. No apologies for the delay and no apologies for no communication. I will NEVER!!!! buy anything from Ashley Furniture again and I have let my family and friends, as well as my coworkers and Facebook friends know never to buy from them as well. As a Service Provider one would think that they would be aware of delays with their product and keep their customers updated. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and if I treated my customers like Ashley Furniture treats their customers, I would no longer have any customers. Tonight I went in your store to look for barstools. I have just moved back to Rogers and have had to watch my money. Chandler (Bing) supported my shopping endeavors. I didn't end up purchasing tonight because I want to make sure of measurements before I take the plunge!! Bing is professional yet absolutely hilarious. He helped me regardless of not knowing if he had a sale. He was polite and not pushy. He made going to this Ashley location fun. Wow! I was just in the Rogers store. Walked in, two associates sitting at the front didn't acknowledge my presence. Walked through the entire store looking for a few things and saw no less than 4 or 5 employees. All of them were sitting on the furniture, on their phones and did not look up as I was strolling through the store. I walked past everyone again as I walked out...not even a hello and let us know if you need any help! 5 years go I bought a couch set from Ashley. Couches were so so. Not the greatest quality. They've held up but I also have a home with no kids or large animals. Pretty sure I could have gotten better elsewhere for the same price. But the Ashley Furniture protection plan is an absolutely SCAM. I was told I would get my money back as store credit if I didn't use it in 5 years. Didn't use it in 5 years (thank goodness because I have only heard the worst stories about submitting a claim.) Finally got notification about getting my store credit and found out there was an asterisk on the whole thing not mentioned when they talked me into it. You have to spend at least $500 more to use any of the credit (which is less than $200). What an absolutely robbery. Just a way to trick you into spending hundreds more on their cheap merchandise. Learn from my expensive lesson, don't bother with their furniture and avoid their protection plan like the plague. read more

We bought a mattress in July of 2023 and set up monthly autopayments through our bank. We made all payments. However, a year later the credit card company they chose to work to finance it added a $1.98 paper statement fee and within 2 months tacked on a cumulative total of $169.98 of penalties before we started getting messages about being late. I called Ashley and they said it was my fault for not declining paper statements. I recommend avoiding doing any business with them. If you do, pay cash only. read more

I guess I would expect that display merchandise should be more readily available. We went to a furniture store near by Hanks and we were able to order and deliver a new couch that arrived 3 days later. Great customer service they understood our situation and even surprised us and had it delivered a day earlier than scheduled. I reached out to cancel the couch order and I could never get through to someone through their main line. I am back in California and my parents are older and can't drive down. DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY HOME STORES There are a few times in life when you are so incredibly dismissed that it is infuriating. Ashley Home Store Rogers Arkansas is one of those experiences. One piece of furniture was to be delivered within a week a week later it was to be delivered in 2 more weeks as I was told they didn't have the third piece to the sofa. I went to FFO and my furniture was delivered same day!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND on the cancelled order from Ashley. No answers, no call backs and they had the audacity to send me to the customer care line where they do not handle monetary transactions only the store can do that. read more

Literally the worst. Like so bad. We ordered our furniture on 8/14, it was due in 9/4. The salesman gave us a heads up that deliveries are running about two weeks late, no worries, we anticipated the delivery on 9/18. 9/18 comes and goes and nothing. I reach out to the 1800 number that is on our receipt they say it will be there next week! Okay, great, we can wait another week no worries. This one more week thing has gone on for several more weeks. Now, today, we had a gauranteed delivery between 12&3 and they just texted me that I need to reschedule my delivery for next week. We have spoken to the store's help desk, the online help desk, the call center help desk (who are literally all the worst customer service representatives I have ever heard) and they ALL said one more week for the last SIX WEEKS. Our hypothetical bed and mattress should be here by Christmas....though I am not holding my breath. Just as a soundbite of how bad this is, we had a couch CUSTOM MADE a week after we orderd our bed from there and the couch that they had to make, is already here. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. ***Updating to add*** I emailed the email address from the reply and still haven't received our furniture. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never in my life dealt with a company as unorganized and with as terrible service as Ashley HomeStore. Unfortunately, most of my issues are not with the Rogers store but with corporate which trickles down to issues with my store order. I could write for hours but here's the highlights- 1. My order was 3 MONTHS late and I was charged for it months before it arrived. 2. I took off work twice for a scheduled delivery that never showed up...and I was never contacted and had to contact the company to let them know they didn't deliver my order. If I hadn't contacted them to let them know it wasn't delivered I probably still wouldn't have my order. 3. Any time you have to call (which will be a lot since there are so many issues) you will be on hold at least an hour. 4. They have a 48 hour return policy post delivery but they won't answer the phone, return calls, emails, Facebook messages, etc. for months and then will tell you that you missed your return window...which you will because they won't respond until the return window is over. And that is only a small portion of my issues....I would not wish working with Ashley Furniture on my worst enemy. Update-Ashley responded to say I should contact an email and this isn't their standard...I've emailed that address, called multiple number, etc. always with a promise to call back but I'm still waiting 2 months later. So don't fall for it...that is definitely their standard. They try to make it sound good online but they don't care as long as they have your money. read more

Ashley has a screwed up suppy chain system. They have no proper estimate of when an item would be delivered. But the worst part is they don't tell you about the possible delays at the time of purchase. They makes fake promises while selling the product. I have bought a couch that was supposed to be delivered in 20 days and and now it's been 4 months of waiting and its been pushed by another month. I gave them enough benefit of doubt given the current COVID times but 4 months!!! Is pretty insane. The most agonizing part is they push the delivery just a day before the promised date. Out of 8 time they got wrong couch 4 times. I wonder if it also store managers fault since they have put in wrong serial number for peices 3 times. Won't be doing any business with them ever again. Sales person gives estimated delivery date considering covid delays They called, text and emailed me to schedule deliveries and I confirmed and in 4 separate occasions they left me waiting only to call hours before or after to let me know that the date had changed. In two occasions I had just finished confirming a date and at the same time I am receiving notices that the date changed. In one occasion I confirmed with the delivery call center the night before the scheduled delivery and they never showed up. In summary, good quality, terrible logistics and service. I wasn't let down, BUT there was one that was more beautiful that has now become "THE ONE!" We'll be furnishing a new home so I went through that entire store and made my list along with the help of my salesman Ryan Boyer, I've pretty much got it under control! I had an absolutely awful experience, nothing like waiting over two months for the first delivery and then everything going down hill from there. Upon first delivery the furniture I just paid a ton of money for was in awful condition, rips in fabric, it was dirty, and there were severe dents in the wood. Second delivery again there were tears in the fabric and the delivery team admitted that they probably delivered SOMEONE ELSE's return to my home - ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Third finally I received product that was not completely ruined or someone else's return, it only took approximately 3 months. I called every day for over three weeks and then finally was able to talk with the store manager at the Rogers, AR location Greg Lee. He assured me that he would be crediting my account and addressing the issue/concerns with the company and he would give me a call back no later than August 8th at 12pm. Well SURPRISE SUPRISE Greg never called back so I called him again and I have every day since we spoke. The individuals at the front desk have taken my number and given him messages every day, pretty sure they know my voice and number by now. I went to go into the store location on August 13th, however was told that Greg was out of the office. I am not sure that I believe anything from them anymore. I used to only buy from Ashley Furniture and I will never shop there again. I hope this goes as a fair warning to all of you! read more

Update: ladder hook on my daughter's bunk bed broke, screws came out of wood. Kids did not roughhouse, not overweight. Sent pics as requested. Never heard back regarding fix or replacement. We purchased over $2,000 in merchandise, They would not tell my wife the delivery date. Finally I call back 2 weeks later. Salesperson says delivery tried to call my wife that day. No missed calls. Then she said they would call my phone. Never called. Then they say the manager will call. Never called. Now they say I have to pay 20% restocking fee to cancel my order. Kim was the sales rep at Ashley's and she was very nice and helpful, but not pushy. We got several pieces of lovely looking furniture, a loveseat recliner, couch recliner, bed frame and night stands. Our deliver was initially delayed because the bed frame was broken when it got to the store. When everything was finally delivered it was just a few days and one side of the couch recliner broke. The left side wouldn't retract. It took a couple of weeks for that to be replaced. Maybe two days later the new couch broke on the other end. When reclining the couch leans to the outside. While trying to get that fixed for several weeks with customer service not taking our calls. The love seat broke. One end will not go all the way down until you try to stand then it pops and goes down a little further. It's the opposite of the couch the back is pushed to the outside of the couch while down. We have tried several times to contact customer service, we have contacted the store. It was two weeks before customer service called and Angela told us to call customer service back when they won't answer the phone. Usually the call gets terminated before they answer. Today after being on hold for over 20 minutes I finally got a person and I told them the issues we were having and that we are trying to send the defective furniture back. Faith I think she said her name was, I could barely hear her, terminated the call at some point during my explanation of the issues with the furniture and thier terrible service. This is unacceptable behavior. Update texted Kim sales rep after getting cut off with customer service. Two hours later she says Store manager won't help and all they said Customer service might agree to do is exchange defective furniture. Update: I asked for another means of contacting customer service and Kim tried to get me an email address. After purchasing a couch and waiting 5 weeks for arrival, the delivery team missed their arrival dates twice, eventually delivered a broken couch, and then couldn't fit the couch into the home. The delivery man also made an uncomfortable comment about my appearance when he was in my home. After talking to the store manager at the Rogers location (Greg Lee) he assured me he would remedy the issue, but never did.The couch was sent back to the warehouse and they told me the earliest they could attempt delivery again would be May 22 (2 months after I had ordered the couch). I have attempted to cancel my order numerous times with the company, but have yet to be refunded. I now have opened the claim as a FRAUDULENT CHARGE with my credit card company in an attempt to resolve the problem since Ashley is ignoring my calls and refusing to help me as their customer. Hello, I am writing to let you know about an arrogant behavior we faced at the Rogers Ashly furniture store today, October 2nd at around 5:30PM. We would like your customer department to review the cameras and phone conversations to find the truth. First, we have already purchased two sofa's from Ashly Rogers store. Today, we went to buy matching TV stand. As we enter into the store we found a bar table with three stools on sale and placed order. Then, we went to the TV stand and almost placed the order. We were not aware of the warranties that we need to pay at the end. The sales representative asked if we have an Ashley advantage membership. We said yes, and gave her the advantage membership at the beginning. The sales representative tried to help us till end. When sales representative explained that there are two warranty charges to pay to bring down the price as I was ordering two different items, I didn't quite understand, so I asked the sales representative to give me the price with warranties and without as we want to understand two warranties also to understand if I can add my sofa as well which I purchased before to the same warranty. Then the sales representative said I have to bring my manager and went to bring. We waited for her. As the manager approached my husband and I, she sat far, and asked what's going ? I said I want to see if you can wave the warranty to bring down the price, the whole process, I was thinking that buying warranty was an option. She said I can wave the warranty and you can pay more. My husband said then what is the point of waving the warranty rather we can buy with warranty and was about to ask if we can add sofas to the same warranty. He didn't even say anything else than that. She said, done deal and left with loud pitch. I was asking the sales representative what's your manager's name? Why she behaves like this? She came back and said we are done, we are done, we are done, done deal with a high pitch and made us walk out. I called the store and tried to explain the situation, the front desk lady trasfer to Shawna only who behaved arrogantly. I wasn't aware of it. She said you know what you are complaining to me about me. I said we were here for the past 20 years and we never had to face this type of behavior. She said, your husband rose his voice and I had to do it and I am also in customer service for past 20 years. Okay! I said let me know your name I don't have to talk to you again. She said I said that before and I was in customer service for 20 years, but didn't say her name. I again called in to the store to get her name. The front desk lady gave me her name. By then she has told everybody that my husband started yelling at the sales representative and her. I was trying to explain the front desk lady about what happens and asked why she behaved like that or what's her problem? This time the customer service lady started blaming me and my husband and warning I am going to hung up the call. She said if you talk more, I am going to hung up the call repeatedly. Customer services at both the store and through their corporate care line is dismal. I purchased a couch with a five year protection plan. Just under two years in I have a broken frame that is not covered under the protection plan and will cost me several hundred dollars out of pocket to get fixed under the manufacturers warranty. Ashley won't assist with the protection plan coverage due to it being handled through another company. Doesn't matter if they sold it or not. Store won't answer my calls and when I go into the store I was basically told to pound sand and talk to the customer care or the protection plan company. If you read through the reviews you will see that this company is not reputable at all. They lie and cheat just to make a sale and leave their customers in the dark if they ever do need anything. read more

This store is super ridiculous. They will sell you stuff with confirmed delivery but will not deliver you anything. Worst part - They would not accept the failure at their part. Truly disappointing I had super bad experience with them and will strongly encourage not to get anything from them. Their promised delivery is just lie and you will not get anything. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a large furniture chain. Customer service is horrible. Greg the manager treated me horrible, and was a straight up asshole. walked away without even talking to me when he promised he would help me out with getting my delivery sorted out over the phone; after my sales associate lied and told me for weeks that I was getting a split delivery the end of February. Bought my couch in mid January and still have nothing to sit on. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from anyone here.... nothing but rude associates that don't care about the customer. The Customer Service at Ashley's after purchasing cannot be worse. We came here and bought our Sofa and bedroom furniture. They were helpful during our purchase and also insisted on us buying insurance for our furniture. The nightmare started after the purchase . They delayed our delivery and also sent over the wrong furniture. It took us more than a month to get our furniture. It was a pain. They delivered our furniture on three different days and each time I had to take time off from work. The quality of the furniture is pathetic. It's not even been six months ( we bought our furniture at the end of March, 2019) and already our Sofa looks horrible. All the feather from the seating and the backrest has come out and this despite the fact that the fabric is intact and there are no tears. The Sofa is now looking ugly. We have an insurance as well as we are still under Manufacturer's Warranty. It's been almost 3 months since I have been contacting Ashley's but they are doing nothing about my Sofa. When I go to the store they wash their hands off and ask me to contact the Guest Response Team. On numerous occasions the Guest Response Team has just hung up my call after keeping me on hold for 40 mins or so. No one from Ashley's has contacted me about my issues despite the Customer Service saying so. Wish I could give negative stars.
