Wow this store is super huge! I've not seen so much stuff in such a large store in a long time. If your looking for anything it's in this store. I've never seen so many different types of frames, pillows oh my the pillow isle is massive. I think some items are a little overpriced but there's also lots of sales. Very clean store I must say, very large parking lot. Pots n pans to furniture you name it this place has it.

You will be the general contractor who has to hire everyone to do everything except dig the hole. Concrete, electrical, plumbing...you're 100% on your own. They don't show you how to operate any of the equipment including the heater and the filter pump. They don't hook up the lighting kits they charge you $1,000 for and if you have them install one they don't do it correctly and it will leak. When you call to have them send someone out to fix leaks, WHEN that person finally arrives it's plumbers tape and silicone fixes. Which means you have to clean their messy silicone before installing a correct o-ring or gasket that they left off like I did on the heater drain. You would be much better off buying a kit from a source online and having it delivered and hiring your own contractors, because you'll have to do that anyway, and save yourself about $25,000. I've never seen worse customer service in my life, especially from a company we just paid $32,000 Avoid this place like the plague

My family of five were not looking for anything specific so we said that we would like to look around. My daughter loved the Sorinella Queen Upholstered Bed and insisted to get it. Not only was the quality good, but the bed frame was surprisingly sturdy and was perfect for her since she likes reading in bed. We asked David, a sales associate, for the price and found it reasonable. We decided to buy it and the entire process of payment, information, and delivery was the easiest process of any furniture items I have ever bought. They had a deal where if you donated $20 to the St. Jude Research Foundation you receive 20% discount. David was friendly and made us laugh. I gave four out of five only because the entire selection was smaller than I thought; however the selection pieces were modern and classic. Overall, Ashely's is a great furniture store. Although, they have a smaller selection I'm sure you will find something that you'll like.

DO NOT BUY FROM Ashley Furniture in Rogers, AR (YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO)…read more I ordered a new bedroom set from Ashley Furniture June 2026. I was told that since this was a special order it would be 6-8 weeks before it would arrive. I was fine with that, as the 6 week mark approached I contacted Ashley Furniture and was told the order should be in at the end of July, again I was fine with that. As the end of July approached I called them again for an update to confirm my order was still on tract, I was then told my order was delayed yet again (no explanation other than "these things happen) and it should arrive the first week of August. On August 3 I contacted Ashley Furniture again to check the status and was told my order was in and ready for me to schedule a delivery date. So as I'm setting up the delivery date, I'm told that there would be a footboard and night stand delivered, when I questioned where the rest of my order was I was told it was delayed. When I asked if she could tell me when the rest of my order would arrive she told me that it would be approximately 3-4 more weeks, but was unable to give me a specific time frame. When I asked why it part of my order arrived and the other part was delayed, I was only given the explanation of "these things happen" So I asked them to cancel the order because I was tired of waiting and no longer wished to wait another 3-4 weeks (that would probably turn into even longer) and that no one from Ashley Furniture bothered to have the curtesy to call me to give me a heads up on the delay and when I asked to cancel the order, I was informed that I would be charged a 40% restocking fee. (what a F*** Scam) Fast forward to last week , August 19th I received a call letting me know my order was in and ready for delivery. I decided to go ahead and go through with the purchase vs paying their ridiculous 40% restocking fee scam. When I scheduled the delivery I confirmed with the girl that was scheduling the appointment multiple times that everything was in, the complete bed, the nightstand and the dresser and it would all be on one truck and she assured me it would be on one truck. Friday, August 21 the delivery driver shows up with only a footboard and a nightstand and we were told that we would have to schedule another delivery appointment for the remainder of the order. When I called the store to ask to speak to the manager, I was told that he had just gone into a meeting and he would call me right back. I asked for the GM and RM's name and number, I was told the store manager was also the General Manager and Regional Manager. Well after several hours of waiting on a call back I decided to call Ashley Furniture corporate office (what a joke that was) they transferred me to the Rogers store where I did finally get to speak to the SM (who is also the GM & RM) I expressed my frustrations to him very strongly and told him that since no one from Ashley Furniture had ever contacted me to tell me my order would be delayed (not delayed just once or twice but 3 times) and the fact that only part of my order was delivered, that I wanted a 40% credit towards my purchase for the inconvenience of taking off work to be available for them to deliver and having to take off work again for the remainder of my order to delivered seeing how I was going to be charged a 40% Restocking Fee Scam (seems fair). He advised that all he could do would be to offer me a Gift Certificate to their store. No apologies for the delay and no apologies for no communication. I will NEVER!!!! buy anything from Ashley Furniture again and I have let my family and friends, as well as my coworkers and Facebook friends know never to buy from them as well. As a Service Provider one would think that they would be aware of delays with their product and keep their customers updated. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and if I treated my customers like Ashley Furniture treats their customers, I would no longer have any customers. I wish I would of done my research on Ashley Furniture before buying from them, as I would of gone somewhere else.

We recently moved to NW Arkansas into a new construction home and knew we wanted a very sleek…read moremodern looking pool to match the look of the house! I called and got bid from about 5 companies in NWA, and although Burton was on the higher end... I can tell you it is 110% worth it. I would not have traded a few thousand dollars for the quality and care we got throughout the whole process. I was living in California during my planning process and knew it could be tricky trying to get someone on the books living so far away at the time. Our sales rep was Whitlee! He was my first point of contact and walked me through the whole process of the pool. He came out to see the pool location before we even moved to the area. At that point I knew customer service was something they greatly value. We booked them in January 2020 and they started the end of April 2020. We chose a 16x36, 6 feet deep concrete pool with full end to end steps and a padded vinyl liner (it doesn't tear up my kids feet). We got an electric heat pump (which is awesome), a salt system, in floor cleaning system, a 3 LED lights that change colors. We also added the cutest giant concrete stepping stones rather than a traditional sidewalk. I love it so much and it really makes it look modern. During the process we upgraded the concrete to have a hand scrapped border (see pics below). Our project manager was Josh. He walked me through every step of the process and answered any of my questions (which I had MANY, ha). The teams doing each part of the project were fast and efficient. I have truly never seen harder workers in my life. I told Josh the project manager they all deserve a raise :). It was just under 4 weeks from the time they started digging to the time we were swimming. I was literally shocked. I know that timeline is not the norm because we didn't have a ton of "extra" things like water features and retaining walls, etc. But still... 4 weeks is impressive. Chris installed our vinyl liner and pool cover. He came to our house Memorial Day weekend just to make sure I had chemicals to swim for my opening weekend. I was so thankful he took time away from his family to do that for my family. Our pool lesson was with Jay. He was so patient and took about an hour to show us every feature and how everything works. I've probably called/texted him 4 times in the past week asking him questions because I couldn't remember what he taught me and he joyfully answers all of them. So in recap... I was nervous to start a big pool project because I have heard horror stories of people saying it was 6-9 months building a pool and that you never know when people will show up, etc. Burton was on-time and on-budget. I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening and when. In the end we have a beautiful pool even better than I imagined.

Going into the process, Burton Pools was actually our first choice for a semi inground pool based…read moreon their reputation and our previous experience with a different sales rep (a year or two before this we looked at a fiberglass pool but had some things come up so we couldn't complete the process) . Unfortunately, after meeting in person with Steven at the Springdale location, our opinion changed. There were several factors that led to our decision. The overall customer service and professionalism during the sales appointment fell well below our expectations. There was a powerpoint presentation that was difficult to follow because we couldn't clearly see the laptop screen, honestly we didn't even care about the presentation and tried to say that but unfortunately he didn't listed and kept talking about slides that we couldn't see. The company we chose had better prices, clearer communication, more detailed design guidance, faster timelines, stronger warranty coverage, more flexible customization options, and a better overall feeling of confidence in the builder. In our case, those factors, along with the ones above, made us feel more comfortable moving in another direction. I also want to be honest about something that made the meeting really uncomfortable. Throughout the presentation, he repeatedly dug in his ear and removed earwax. While it may seem minor, it came across as unprofessional and left a very negative impression to the point we almost walked out. He might as well have been picking his nose and wiping boogers on his shorts.

I see I'm clearly not the only person having issues with these furniture protection companies,…read morebecause this is EXACTLY how they steal people's money. They sell you these "protection plans," maybe come out one time, spray some mystery liquid on your furniture, and then when the issue comes back, suddenly they have an excuse why they can't help you. In my case, I bought a dining set with light-colored cloth seats. We have a toddler/granddaughter, so naturally there were a couple stains. I filed a claim, they came out, sprayed something on the chairs, the stains disappeared, and they told me if they came back to call them and they'd look at another solution. Fast forward a few months. We barely even use this dining table except for holidays or cookouts. After a recent barbecue, there were a couple NEW stains added from little barbecue fingers, but I also noticed the ORIGINAL stains had bled back through the fabric where they previously treated them. I pulled the original claim photos, and you can CLEARLY see that part of the staining is identical to the original damage they "fixed," plus the few newer spots. So I call them, explain this, and they tell me: "Unfortunately, this is considered an accumulation of stains." No... unfortunately, it's not. What you're calling "accumulation" is literally the original stain bleeding back through after YOUR treatment failed. Your own photos would prove that. But instead of honoring the warranty, they just make up wording to deny the claim. So essentially: * They didn't actually fix the issue the first time * The damage returned * They can verify it returned from previous claim photos * And now they're using that same unresolved issue as the reason to deny coverage Absolutely insane. And did I mention when you call Sam's and tell them what's going on, they pretend to listen and care and say, "Oh, we'll write this down and let a manager know." Well apparently LOTS of people have been "writing it down" and LOTS of managers have been "notified," because judging by these reviews, this has clearly been going on for quite a while. At this point, throw the whole furniture store away So here's my honest advice: Buy the furniture if you want to. It's decent enough for a few years. But DO NOT waste your money on the furniture protection plan. It's smoke and mirrors. Zero stars if I could.

After a couple weeks the arm padding seemed to be gone and the indentation was about 1 1/2" deep. I should have notified Sams at that time but I can fix most everything so I bought some arm covers. Well the arms were not enough of a problem then the seat springs weakened to a point that I was sinking in my own recliner. The 12 month warranty period is over by a couple months so Parker House is off the hook. The employee at Sams said I could bring it to Sams and they would give me an estimate to have it fixed. I had already paid over $800 for the recliner and now I would have to pay to have it fixed. Well that's the last time I will step foot int Sams and I certainly will not be buying any Parker House products. $800 down the drain.
