He could see that we were hesitant about the selection of beds and was quick to remind us of the financing...and even offered a discount. The store itself was very cluttered. There wasn't a clear layout or direction in which to walk through. As far as cleanliness, I did see a dead roach on the floor, but didn't have the gut to tell the salesman. Although we didn't purchase anything this time, I would probably go back and browse again when looking for our next piece of furniture.

They will give you a delivery date, but not time, until the day before they deliver. If you happen to not be available in the 2 hour window they give you then you have to wait for the next delivery window-which was 4 days later for us. When they came to deliver they brought the WRONG mattress and neglected to bring the mattress protector and sheets we had also ordered. When we called the office team for deliveries there was absolutely zero effort to correct the issue besides scheduling us for the next delivery window (with the unknown time). Two people tried to insist we got the correct mattress. They need to have a process for how to handle company errors and work harder to correct them. I didn't feel like anyone really cared. Crossing my fingers they bring the right mattress along with the missing mattress protector (which is required to keep the warranty) and sheets next week when they come again. Will definitely not shop with Mathis Brothers again .

Returned 4 foundations the next day and never got a full refund. It's been a year I have reached via phone and email countless times to get no direct answer or be told just wait til next month it should show up. If they can't do a simple refund then what if I have an issue with mattress will the same customer service apply? I don't know just would warn you. They will treat you great in the store but as soon as they make the sale customer service goes out the window.

We did extensive research into several different mattress options available in the area. Kevin was wonderful in providing us excellent customer service! I stopped in by chance one day and he was able to effectively answer my questions in a meaningful way. From the start I let him know I was only gathering information about different mattress options available. He was very respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly each time I returned to the store with more questions and eventually my husband. One of the biggest factors in our deciding to go with a Joplimo bed is their philosophy of constructing the beds to last for our lifetime rather than merely 7-10 years, as well as their comfort guarantee. We loved the bed and are assured that we will never need to go through the time-intensive labor of searching for a bed again. Time and money saved that we can now invest elsewhere. The delivery men (Derek and his crew) they recommended were also great! They completely set up the bed so it was ready to use right away. Kevin followed up within a few days to see how we were doing. I mentioned the beds were great but the bed massager was a bit noisy. He notified Josh, the store manager and Josh called right away, making an appointment to come by the next day. He was there on time the next day, got down on his hands and knees, crawled under the bed and adjusted the motor so it is now much quieter. Overall, highly recommend the services of Joplimo and especially Kevin and his team at the Rogers store!
