After the thousand of dollars, we spent them over the years. This is the customer service we got. I would not recommend buying from them.

The final straw was the refrigerator we purchased from them needed out of warranty service for a water leak. They repaired it in February 2024 and also had to return for the same problem July 2024, to the tune of $452.39. By September 2024, it was leaking again. They said they had done all they could to fix it (take my $). Farley's/Dixon came out and fixed it for $85.75. I have a new appliance store now. I have purchased a couple of new appliances from Farley's and am very pleased with their prices and service.

Ok We were horrified when they just set it out in the front of the house and left it there If they had been honest and said that up front, we still would have bought the chair. However I feel like we were duped, misled, and straight up lied to. When I called the store afterwards I was told it's "not their policy" to dispose of old furniture. They haven't locked the doors yet, but they had already closed out the registers. I told the kid I wouldn't be more than two minutes I just needed to snatch up a tie, and he was so nice. I know he did not have to do it, but he opened up his register and allowed me to run back and grab a tie, totally saved my day. Great customer service, and I am eternally thankful.
