They repaired it in February 2024 and also had to return for the same problem July 2024, to the tune of $452.39. By September 2024, it was leaking again. They said they had done all they could to fix it (take my $). Farley's/Dixon came out and fixed it for $85.75. I have a new appliance store now. I have purchased a couple of new appliances from Farley's and am very pleased with their prices and service.

They haven't locked the doors yet, but they had already closed out the registers. I told the kid I wouldn't be more than two minutes I just needed to snatch up a tie, and he was so nice. I know he did not have to do it, but he opened up his register and allowed me to run back and grab a tie, totally saved my day. Great customer service, and I am eternally thankful.

A local contractor and the store's cabinet manager effed up our order, and when a second contractor got involved, the second contractor spoke with them and told us we could return the cabinets at NO charge. After renting out a truck, we returned all items as advised, but THEN got told that the general manager had spoken with us ( LIE! ) and that we would be slapped with their ridiculous restocking fee. There is no way IN HELL that this conversation took place. Way to go, Menards! Like your staff does with their contractors, we will be sure to do the same among OUR friends!
