Which since retiring is a good savings. I spent $68.00. I left and found the coupon in my car, I returned to the store and asked if I could apply the 20%. Courtney the asst said no way. I returned the products and she would not let me re-purchase citing company policy. I had to go through the store and recollect what I need. This is my last visit to this store. I will be making the drive from my home to Sterling to patronize Pet Smart. I routinely spent $50-$100 per visit. Treat me like I treated my customers for years and I'll be loyal. Try to get more out of me with a ridiculous policy and I'm gone. In these times a few bucks sometimes makes the difference. Had Courtney understood this I would be singing their praises. Now, Pet Supplies plus is just another store in a line of trying to make a buck at my expense.

All of this for $70, and the very next day she smells like she never got a bath with whatever shampoo they used. NEVER GET A DOG GROOMED AT PET SMART, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The small mammal room which has mice, rats, guinea pigs and hedgehogs in is disgusting. The tanks are filthy and the stench is unbearable. There is always at least one dead mice in the tank. I have informed the owner before but he didn't seem to care or remove the animal. The reptiles are no better. The lettuce in their food bowls are dry and wilted. None of the skins are removed. One lizard had his tank filled with spiderwebs. The fish may be the worst. None of the tanks seemed to have been ever cleaned. All of the filters are caked with brown goo. You can barely see into most. In one turtle tank the filter must have stopped working maybe a month ago. The water had dropped about 4 inches, you could tell from the scum on the side, and the turtle itself was caked in scum. I almost couldn't see the poor thing. I wanted to buy them all and take them into a caring and HEALTHY environment but I would never support this store. Even the owners pets, a large dog, bird, iguanas and tortoises are poorly taken care of. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THIS STORE KILLS ANIMALS!

I am very disappointed with the grooming service my dog received today…read more I dropped my dog off for her scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM. By 11:30 AM, I still had not received a call, so I went to check on her myself. When I arrived, they were still not finished with her. When my dog was brought out, she was still wet and had clearly not been properly blown out or de-shed. Her nails also appeared barely trimmed. For a grooming appointment, I expected her to be completely dry, properly de-shed, and fully groomed before being sent home. They told me my dog didn't like being blow dried! That is a lie, as my dog loves and wants me to blow dry her when I blow dry my hair every morning and when my husband has the leaf blower out Because I was unhappy with the results, I took her directly to Carlson Canine Camp. They properly blew out her coat and removed a significant amount of loose hair that should have been removed during the grooming appointment. They also trimmed her nails shorter because it did not appear they had been adequately done. The attached photo shows just how much hair came out after I left Pet Supplies Plus. I expect a groomer to complete the services that was paid for. Unfortunately, my dog left wet, under-groomed, and needing additional work elsewhere. This was not the level of service I expected, and I left extremely frustrated. We will not be returning!
