Me and my grandson which was home from college decided to visit the store just to browse bedrooms and sofas for when he moved, when entering the store the person at the doir immediately walked unto us and asked what do you need, I told her we are just browsing nothing particular then she said again following us as we started to look and asked again what do you want? again I told her we are only looking is there a problem, as we continued to look my grandson said let's go grandma I'm not comfortable they are watching us, and as we headed out there it was MEN IN BLACK AND A FEMALE SECURITY RED IN THE FACE WATCHING AS WE PROCEEDED OUT, the lady that greet the people was no longer I. the front. I will never go to this store let alone suggest it to anyone. Her attitude towards us was we didn't need to be in here! All black people are not bad people, if you were so uncertain about us browsing why not just say black people aren't allowed " pretty much said by her actions towards us. we were not dressed improperly so I'm really disturbed by this and what she said for three people to be standing at the door until we left. This is not a store I would recommend to anyone especially people of color and brown people. Shame on you Ashley store! hire bigoted people but I. guess Ashley store in Tulsa Hills encou this type of behavior. read more

I walked in on a Friday night an hour before closing, in my ratty gym clothes. I was treated with kindness and professionalism as if I was dressed to impress. Delaney was great at listening to my needs and wants, was even patient despite it being close to closing time. I decided I would come back Saturday to make my purchases. Delaney helped me make a few critical home décor decisions. I had some idea of what I wanted, but really needed feedback on creating the perfect look for my home. Delaney was an awesome example of what you want in a sales person. I used to work in sales so I have some idea of the good, bad and ugly side. My furniture was delivered today in a timely manner. I am beyond pleased with my purchases, pricing, deals, quality with a modern look, and without a doubt the service I received at this location. This was the best experience ever Cary Morgan was the greaaaaaaaatest sales rep ever. He was right there ready to help first thing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted in a very friendly manner he had the right answer for every question we asked. He had great product knowledge the store was very clean the furniture was dusted and shined. The Mgr and desk clerk was great as well the Mgr took time to come over and introduce himself and make sure we were being taken care of as well that means a lot to me when I'm in a store shopping. The customer service is great at this store. The 71st street store needs be used as an example for ashley. The main reason was the salesman he was knowledgeable professional and he took the time to figure out what we wanted. He did not try to force us into a sale he helped us find what we wanted within our budget we really appreciate him and his no pressure sales technique. Had a great experience here working with Delaney! She was very knowledgable about the couches we were looking for and I ended up finding exactly what I needed for a very specific spot in my kids playroom. She was no pressure and very friendly. Once I decided on what I wanted the whole process to pay and set up delivery was very quick. They called me a week later with the delivery time.
