After the owner came out to look at what we were wanting we knew right away this was the company we were going to use. He gave us great ideas and made us feel like friends instead of customers. After the lighting was installed they came back out after dark to see if it needed less or more lighting or if any tweaking was needed, most of all to make sure we were happy. We have a large community pond in our back yard; after the lights were installed neighbors on both sides have rave about our back yard and says it looks like a resort at night. The neighbors across the pond say they get more enjoyment out of our lighting then we are, and their guests always want to sit outside and take in the reflections that it leaves on the pond. They recommended a Chinese Pistache, which I was unfamiliar with. The tree which they installed has been nothing but trouble, It breaks in the wind and in ice storms. It has cost me $400 in trimming to cut out the damage and still looks terrible. Now I find that the tree is not what they represented and charged me for, but is instead a Lace Bark Elm. I sent an email to the company to let them know but got no response. The owner is supposed to be an arborist. He should know his trees and install what he recommends..

We spent $6K+ on Purple mattresses and Purple pillows. One mattress had stitching coming loose and the Dreamlayer pillow ($150 pillow)was so moldy it stunk up the whole house. We tried airing it out for several weeks, it still stunk to high heaven. When I returned it they said it had to be in the original packaging, unopened. If you can smell through the plastic packaging, you're better than I am. They are going to replace the mattress, but it could have been SOL on the mattress also. We have spent thousands of dollars there and are very disappointed in present the customer service. Perhaps it's time for a change. Nice thing about being old and a patriarch, I can relay this to my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
