They use a subcontractor "Euro Plumbing". The plumber did a sloppy job on the seals, caused a gas leak, and created hammering in my pipes. They refused to take responsibility for any of it - the owner even asked if I saw him cause the leak. Nope, I did not stand over the shoulder of his worker watching the whole instillation processes. Bottom line they will screw up and it will in no way be their fault - just a great big coincidence. And Lowes - they do NOTHING to back up the customer.
