Lies and the liars who lie…read more We rented a furnished condo for 2 months. Were super careful and left it in perfect condition. They returned $100 of our $400 dollar deposit. The manager (kelly) that handled the lease told us we'd get our full deposit back. She quits and 2 months go by and no one will answer the phone. Finally get in touch with someone and they say they steam cleaned the carpets for 300 dollars. This was not in the agreement we signed or in our discussions with Kelly. We asked for a walkthrough in checkout day to make sure everything was ok. Kelly said they were cleaning either way and so no walkthrough was needed and we'd get our full deposit back. Carpets were perfect and we had no pets. New Manager refers us to a page of the lease we were not given and did not sign Liars and cheaters. Don't rent from them they are crooks

The manager, who is not the manager now, would lose my rent every month and I would have to go down with my bank statements to prove i paid every month which was strange. She acted like I was crazy when I got annoyed after the 8th time. The rent moved to $550 the second year I was there and then was going to $600 the next year. At that point I was told the building was being sold to an out-of-state company and i knew it was time to leave. The apartment was OK. It could have used some updating and was very 80s but fine for $500-600/mo. (They may have been updated since.) The nearest airport/big city is three hours away so that was hell and there's really nothing to do there. I remember I called the gym, which was really the only thing to do there and asked if they had hot yoga and they didn't know what it was. When I moved there, they had just opened up a very small airport with those tiny 6 seater planes but it was a ridiculous amount of money to fly to Salt Lake and then pay to fly out of Salt Lake. It's a small town with not much to do and not many jobs so $1000/mo is ridiculous IMO. I'm so glad I got out in time and bought a place in Arkansas.
