My husband and I were contemplating an out of state move to Colorado and knew nothing about the…read moreneighborhoods, zoning laws, school systems, etc. When we were first researching this information, we called the realtors that had listings in areas that interested us, and out of the 8 realtors that we called, Joan was the only one who answered the phone that night. We let her know at the beginning of the call that we weren't looking to sign with a buyer's agent yet, but just wanted information on her listing. After asking some questions and quickly realizing that her listing wasn't the one for us, she stayed on the phone with us for over an hour discussing the local area, and most importantly for us, zoning issues that impacted our desires. She was extremely knowledgeable in this area and filled us in on information that would have required days of online hunting to find. Needless to say, we quickly changed our mind about working with a specific buyer's agent and looked to Joan to keep us in the loop on listings that popped up that met our requirements. Once we decided to pull the trigger and commit to the move, we scheduled a house hunting trip. At our insistence that we only had one full day to view properties, Joan and her team scheduled viewings of 12 properties in one day spanning 5 cities. Fortunately, we found our dream home on the 6th stop, and knew we were done.
