I called office and couldn't get in touch with front Desk but spoke with call taker . The link for tele visits is apparently automated and hadn't received link .I asked what are steps should the link not come through : I was asked to reschedule. For this I'm giving office one stars . They allowed me to schedule all my appointments for the month instead of weekly. Dr. Lubick explained thoroughly what occurred to my body during the accident and the steps we would take to address my pain. He used language I could understand and allowed me to ask questions. You can tell he is passionate about his work. While Dr. Lubick does allow his assistants to do some of the work after the initial 2 visits he did start my visits every time which allowed me to voice any concerns I had about my pain. The facility isn't large but has sectioned private pods for your sessions which some other facilities don't have. In all he is a great doctor would recommend to other.

Very stressful doctor. When talking to her about my depression and anxiety, her response on TWO…read moreoccasions was "why are you depressed, you're pretty." Not a good joke... at all. She told me to get off my meds and when I got a second opinion, I was told it is better and preferred to stay on my antidepressants. She also insisted to see me every two weeks for no real reason and paid for sonogram each time. She told me this was standard and necessary. But it was incredibly costly and after mentioning that, they told me I have the choice to opt out of sonograms. Thanks for telling me that after I paid for almost 10 of them within my first few months... Every time I call the front desk to schedule, they screen their calls. Meaning they will not answer but then immediately text you back asking how they can help. It's incredibly unprofessional. This office has caused nothing but stress for me and my husband and our first pregnancy. Do not recommend.
