Since the store is now under new management, I will now not continue to patronize this store and I know quite a few others who will do the same. Edit to add: Thank you for the reply. Nice to know that you only respond to the ones that are calling you out. This change in management was absolutely not needed at all. You can't have good sales when the owner only comes down to the store twice a year and does not order what people are coming in for. Also, communication between the owners and management is severely lacking at this store it and you (the owners) know it. I almost forgot, if you think that you have suffered a drop in business now, just you wait until no one comes in when they see that the people that have been running it are no longer there.
