Luckily, we live right down the street so it wasn't a far trip, but we're busy people and it would have been nice not to have to stop back in! Although the laundromat is open for business on a Sunday evening which is when most people wash. He was really nasty about the whole situation as if I was being a bother or if it was to his surprise someone was having an issue with the washing machines when half the laundromat is filled with machines with " out of service" labels tapped to them. He then abruptly stated how he would be at the location in an hour and this was at 8:17pm and he has yet to show. There was however a "volunteer" sleeping in the back who couldn't offer much assistance in the matter. Henry has the poorest customer service as a business owner servicing the community and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this piece of laundromat. He was adamant about having two locations this one for whatever reason seems to be an abandoned establishment while open to the public but no attendant on duty. Do better or close it down Henry with the poor customer service skills and horrible attitude!
