I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. It's a good location-right on Roosevelt Rd. near Trader Joe's and Starbucks which makes waiting easier. I always come to wash my comforter(s), since the washer I have at home is too small. Some of their washers and dryers are big enough to fit both at once which cuts down my time being there. The biggest dryer dries both of my queen size comforters within 45 minutes. I paid $6 for the washer and a little less than $2 for the dryer (it's .25 cents for 6 minutes I believe). Detergent and softener there is $1 each.

He was really condescending when I was explaining what the issue was and asked if I could send a video. I then asked if he had someone on duty and for the 3rd time he repeated it how it was a Sunday and that was a good enough reason why no one was on location. Although the laundromat is open for business on a Sunday evening which is when most people wash. He was really nasty about the whole situation as if I was being a bother or if it was to his surprise someone was having an issue with the washing machines when half the laundromat is filled with machines with " out of service" labels tapped to them. He then abruptly stated how he would be at the location in an hour and this was at 8:17pm and he has yet to show. There was however a "volunteer" sleeping in the back who couldn't offer much assistance in the matter. Henry has the poorest customer service as a business owner servicing the community and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this piece of laundromat. He was adamant about having two locations this one for whatever reason seems to be an abandoned establishment while open to the public but no attendant on duty. Do better or close it down Henry with the poor customer service skills and horrible attitude!

On top of that, the row of larger machines in the back have a unit that is active but the slot that takes quarters has an obstruction blocking the slot. So we wasted detergent having to switch to another machine. Medium sized washers don't allow for temperature adjustment and the place just generally seems to be stuck in the late 90s/early 2000s. Not coming back here any time soon.
