The floors were dirty, the machines where you put the soap in were filthy. Sketchy people would come in and out and look around and leave. Came in to wash on a Sunday evening at 8:00 and upon loading the $9.00 washer (the largest available) the cycle began but did not spin at all. After 10 mins I contact the number posted in case of any issues and Henry (who stated he was the owner) answered the phone. He was really condescending when I was explaining what the issue was and asked if I could send a video. I then asked if he had someone on duty and for the 3rd time he repeated it how it was a Sunday and that was a good enough reason why no one was on location. Although the laundromat is open for business on a Sunday evening which is when most people wash. He was really nasty about the whole situation as if I was being a bother or if it was to his surprise someone was having an issue with the washing machines when half the laundromat is filled with machines with " out of service" labels tapped to them. He then abruptly stated how he would be at the location in an hour and this was at 8:17pm and he has yet to show. There was however a "volunteer" sleeping in the back who couldn't offer much assistance in the matter. Henry has the poorest customer service as a business owner servicing the community and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this piece of laundromat. He was adamant about having two locations this one for whatever reason seems to be an abandoned establishment while open to the public but no attendant on duty. Do better or close it down Henry with the poor customer service skills and horrible attitude! read more

After my idiot neighbors broke the downstairs laundry machine for the 5th time, I decided to go to a laundromat and get everything done at once. The last time I was here was maybe a few years ago. At that time, it was okay. Fast forward now, it's under new management and "lower prices". Honestly, nothing has changed and the prices remain the same. But it's pretty clean and not filled with creepers staring at you. That's a plus. The prices are not bad $2.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. It serves its purpose: wash and dry clothes. BTW, the doors lock at 8pm so make sure you're in the building or you are out of luck. read more

This is a tidy laundromat. It has two tabs, a couple computers to access Internet, soap center to purchase soap, change machine, and vending machines. It has bathrooms as well. A lot of machines to use. $5 for big machines, $3.50 for smaller front loaders, dryer is the time you pay. The time it is open is 7-10pm with the last load in at 8pm. So you can also go to other places nearby while you wait. There is a little Sicilian Pizza place next store(Pizza by the slice too). I haven't tried them yet but I am sure you can look them up on Yelp. Or there is a food and liquor on the other side if that is what ailes you. And a chinese restaurant on the other end (it is up a stair case though). This is a good laundry room. It helps me and my husband because we only do our laundry every two weeks. So we can throw it in a couple different machines and be done pretty quick. The dryers work great I think l also. read more

When my washer broke, my husband and I had to make a trip to a laundromat. We had trouble figuring out which places online were do-it-yourself laundromats and which were dry cleaners. This place is definitely DIY, but they do advertise drop off service (although I didn't see anyone who actually worked there, so maybe call ahead?). The hours of operation posted on the door are 7 am to 10 pm daily, which was was also hard to figure out online (Google said it opened at 10 am on Sunday.) The facility its self was fine. I wasn't happy about being there (unrelated to the facility) and thought it was really expensive... We used a large washer that fit 3 normal loads for 7.50$ for a warm wash, and a smaller washer for one load for 3$ for a hot wash. Drying was another 10$. All of this was in quarters (no laundry card... cash only). On the plus side, it only took about an hour and a half, which I thought was pretty good considering that laundry at home usually never ends. It was relatively clean and was large enough that you probably won't have to wait for a machine. I will probably end up going back out of necessity (dirty gym clothes wait for no repair man), and it wasn't so awful that I want to find an alternative. All in all, this place is fine if you need it. Here's hoping that you don't. read more

I came to visit from Atlanta and needed to wash some clothes. My sister frequents this location often and has no complaints. I was able to wash a lot of clothes at once and the sweet lady that worked there even helped me fold my sheets! It was a very pleasant experience overall! When I come back I will definitely do my laundry here! read more

The lady that runs this place is very nice. They have soap and many different size commercial washers in smaller sizes so you don't have to over spend just to wash a load of clothes. I stopped in when another laundromat that said it was 24/7 was actually closed. Glad I stopped here. 7a-10p, last load at 8p. Almost forgot, they have a bill changer that accepts $20, so no need to break up the bankroll. read more

Had to go here when the dryer in my building suddenly broke down. A bit expensive for drying; 8 minutes for a quarter. Most places are 10 min for a quarter. Dried 3 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of slacks. Put in enough quarters for 40 minutes at the highest heat setting. Not one article of clothing came out hot. For the most part, they were dry. However, I had to re-dry a pair of jeans and the slacks. I put them in a different machine for 8 minutes, again at the highest setting. Once again, they did not come out hot at all. read more

There is nothing express about this place!!! My first time coming here to do laundry on May 18, to wash and dry....the place is filthy and the dryers suck I spent $6 trying to dry 2 small loads of clothes. No one was on duty and a kid was in there throwing a ball upside the washer!!! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

It seemed a good place to me with average cleanness and good choice of machines. Was not crowded at all. The lady told me it is open from 7am-10pm and drop off service is available. I had suspected that they'll close by 8pm as per some of the reviews, but I found it open at 8:30 when I came to collect my clothes from the dryer. Would definitely go back again. read more

I have went to this location for years. Today I stopped in to do laundry and while getting quarters a man literally yelled at me across the building. I turned around and he walked up to me and said, "You come here all of the time and take quarters and leave." I told him I have never done that and actually do not always get my quarters there, but have gone there for years. He told me I have to bring my laundry in first before I get quarters. I told him I didn't know this so I walked out to get my comforter. I was so embarrassed as people stared at me. I got to my car and I couldn't bring myself to go back in. I finally walked back in and told the man that I will never do business there again due to how he yelled at me. He said "You did not hear me the first time. People like you take quarters." I said, "You could have walked up to me to get my attention. That was embarrassing and inappropriate. I was on the phone." He proceeded to jump (literally jump) infront of the quarters machine and say, "What do you want me to do? Jump in front of you?" After seeing this I just walked away. He yelled, "Yeah. Whatever." I suggest that if you are "someone like me" - an honest, loyal customer - take your business elsewhere. read more

Just arrived to do about $30 of laundry (sheets, blankets) and before I could "get my change" the attendant blocked my path to make sure I loaded the washer before using the change machine. Obviously, she saw my black skin and went into defense mode. This was extreme racism on the part of this Hispanic person and was not necessary given the signs posted that the change machine is only for patrons. In what country and culture is it OK to make such assumptions about a 60 year old black woman. And what would I do with $30 in quarters? If she is so ignorant that she can't use better judgement, she needs to find work elsewhere. Never before in 10 years living in this area and coming here has this happened. I needed a front-loading washer machine for my son's duvet. I recently moved into the area and checked this place out based on reviews and location. Compared to the city laundromats, it's a great deal! $3.50 to wash and $0.75 to dry (it's $0.25 for every 8 minutes). As far as cleanliness...it's a public laundromat, don't expect to eat off the floors but it did its job. I was bummed because the pizza place next store wasn't open on Monday's but I should've done my research first. Overall, in and out, done with zero hassle. read more

The only thing this place is good for is to do laundry if that. There is no attendant on duty to help you out and its dirty. The computers can only be accessed by buying and access card but to do that there must be an attendant on duty! And there isn't! I won't be back. read more
