What was most frustrating was the lack of concern or accountability shown when I contacted the store. Instead of offering a reasonable solution for their mistake, I was simply told that I would need to drive back to the store to pick up the items that should have been included in the first place. When customers use online ordering and curbside pickup, they expect the store to verify that all paid items are included before the order is released. The failure to do so created an unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. Mistakes can happen, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, there was very little compassion or effort shown to make the situation right. I hope management takes steps to improve order verification and customer service so future customers do not have the same experience.

By far one of the most disappointing displays of customer service anywhere. the employees are slow…read moreto the registers and walking to the registers as if they are not on the clock. Consistently the employees by their actions and attitude consider customers a nuisance rather than the sole reason they are making a living. this is show through the multiple times I've gone to the register and telling me only the total and making little to no eye contact. This isn't just with adults either. I remember one time some young kids were paying with their own money and excited to do it. in the meantime, the employee showed that they couldn't care less. however, replace that with someone they know and then all of a sudden they magically develop social skills and friendliness that was nonexistent earlier. even the person who is seemingly the manager seems like he couldn't care less about his job. This lack of customer service needs to end.
