She said "90 minute massage means $20 tip" and I was like "can you please give me change back" and she was like "bye thank you" and I just left feeling kind of sad and scammed. And the massage itself was mediocre. It was definitely relaxing, but it wasn't much deep tissue massage action. I most definitely will not ever come back here because I don't want to be ripped off again, and I could go elsewhere for a better massage without scam. They should have made the price of the massage just be $115 if there is "required tip" and unspoken of extra charges.

(I know stuff happens and it was a different therapist all three times, but I haven't been able to get a massage in over two months because of it, versus when I was at this store I was able to get consistent care) This morning I got a call my massage was canceled, and after a 13 hour night shift I was emotionally wrecked. I called Taylor to discuss my membership and she helped put my account on a freeze, giving me time to use the credits I already had and even offered to call some of the stores up here to try and see what could be done about getting me in. It was wonderful and I did feel a huge relief, I didn't really enjoy the scrub applied to my back, but that wasn't a huge deal. Erin did excellent work and gave me some tips to assist my poor back. The front desk was very professional and I rescheduled another massage. I love the ambiance of Tuscan, as you walk to the massage rooms in gets a little darker so you aclimate to relaxation. A couple days later I scheduled an eyebrow and bikini wax online, accidentally for the wrong day. I called the next day to reschedule both from the 29th to the 30th, but either I wasn't very clear or the woman was experiencing a case of the Mondays because she only moved one of the appointments and I had to call again to move the other.
