I called Taylor this morning crying, and she literally was an angel. I went to this location for a year and a half before I moved to Denver and have been having trouble with getting consistent massages since and have had a few different therapists here call out day of. (I know stuff happens and it was a different therapist all three times, but I haven't been able to get a massage in over two months because of it, versus when I was at this store I was able to get consistent care) This morning I got a call my massage was canceled, and after a 13 hour night shift I was emotionally wrecked. I called Taylor to discuss my membership and she helped put my account on a freeze, giving me time to use the credits I already had and even offered to call some of the stores up here to try and see what could be done about getting me in. I was given a $150 gift card for my birthday from my parents. I was so excited to get a massage.. My husband and I booked a 60 min session for both of us. I was told over the phone that new customers get a discounted price of $90 for 60 min. We went in today and I had the best massage therapist named Mike he was amazing.. When I came out to pay the receptionist said it was $125 for each of our massages. I told her I was told over the phone it was $90 and asked them to honor it. They would not honor it and gave me a bullshit excuse saying it's only $90 if I booked online.. but the woman I booked with over the phone specifically told me it was $90 for each massage. Originally we were only supposed to pay $180 plus tip. But we were forced to pay $250 plus tip. We left very disappointed and dissatisfied. I wish they would have honored the price originally given because I would have come back... we will go to a massage envy again. read more

They don't even deserve a star. I signed up for a year membership after I got my first massage. I scheduled my second one and got a call that the massage therapist wasn't working on that certain day. I had to reschedule with a different therapist. I made my 3rd appointment for a day that was convenient for me. I got a call saying that therapist doesn't work on that day. Very frustrating. I called & wanted to cancel my membership, but they said they had to send it to customer support. They sure can sign you up, but can't cancel. My membership better be canceled. I will not go back to a Massage Envy ever again. read more

Great place! Extraordinarily professional. I've used just about all the therapists and they are all fantastic. Very well trained, communicative and friendly. The one change I would suggest is getting rid of that obnoxious shiatsu massage chair. Really dampens the relaxing atmosphere of the waiting room to hear the little engines on that thing working when someone uses it. Totally kills the vibe. read more

Went in for a skin treatment, Sharron was great. This is a brand new facility and the best Massage Envy I have ever been to. They had a great tasting watermelon, strawberry infused water while you wait. The only reason why i cant give it 5 stars is because of the prices. My introductory facial was $60. Yes, that is on par with most places, you can do a membership but when i was a member that was the price I was still paying. It is a place i will come back to every 2-3 months. read more

Terrible experience. The girls in the front were so rude, staring me down as I waited for my appointment. I asked about a package and some dark haired girl didn't even know what she was talking about. It's pretty bad that you go in a place like this and they look you up and down. A girl who must be about 21 is the assistant manager and has no business being in that position. I overheard her berate some younger blonde girl. She looked so embarrassed. The massage itself was great, but I do not want to ever go in that location again, even though I have a membership. I would rather cancel and pay the fee or wait until I go home. Awful!! read more

I wish I could give this place NO stars. I have been a massage envy member for going on 6 years. I recently switched to this location when I moved here for school. That was a big mistake. First, when I transferred my membership from my VA location to here, they somehow cancelled it instead. Then when they added me back into the system they tried to get me to sign a new contract saying I was no longer a member. When they finally got that sorted out after 3 WEEKS there ended up being 3 of me added into the system... A few weeks later I went to book a massage everything was great, I showed up for my massage and the person who took my phone call to book, didn't put my reservation into the system. So no massage for me. On top of all this I had the WORST customer service experience with the staff and the manager. This branch took my account off hold without me knowing and charged me for two months of services. When I found out I showed up to the branch to get my money back and the staff had no idea what to do. The manager called me and told me she would refund it, but when I showed up in person she tried to take it back!! This franchise is too new and they don't have their stuff together. Needless to say I cancelled my membership. read more

Terrible customer service! Front desk girl today was so rude to me!!! never going back!

Do not go here! I was asked if I wanted to be a member and declined. The woman at the front desk signed me up for a membership regardless and I was charged $700. Then I called Massage Envy asking if I could have a refund as I did not sign up for this service. They said no. I had to go through my bank. 6 months later I was charged AGAIN for a membership that I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. This place is a sad excuse for a business. If you go here I highly recommend you continuously check your bank account. read more

Sarah was absolutely wonderful for my 60 minute massage. I've had massages at various spas all over the place, but she was by far the best masseuse I've ever had. She helped work on my very achey neck with just the right amount pressure. The girls at the front were helpful and the relaxation room was a nice touch that I hadn't seen at other massage envy locations. I already have my next appointment booked with Sarah. read more

I have had a membership for just about one year now. I have found the front desk staff to be both friendly and knowledgeable, and the tranquility room is just that- tranquil and relaxing. You have the option of tea, coffee, or flavored water. As for the massage, Alyssa is phenomenal, and her massages have increased my range of motion and decreased my pain. In addition, she is very friendly and sweet. I would recommend Alyssa to anyone, especially those looking for deep tissue massage. read more

Really excited that Massage Envy came to Morgantown. So requested an appointment on line. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate my requested time, but were very prompt in calling to schedule an appointment. So I cleared my day and waited for the appointment time to come around. Got to the spa about 30 minutes early (didn't want to be late). But was told...what???? You have an appointment???? Oh, I see your contact but there's no appointment available. We can do your facial in about an hour, but no massage. Really, is that a way to run a business???? I was a new customer, who made an appointment, who was let down and told...oh that couldn't have been. We've been booked for days. Really! Well, Massage Envy - you've lost this customer and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks about the poor customer service. My secret thought is that someone didn't show up for work and instead of calling me to reschedule the appointment, they let me ruin my day, drive all the way there...only to be told they could only do a facial (30 minutes after my scheduled time). So more likely than not, poor control over employees. Regardless won't be wasting my time attempting to book there again, and I will be urging all my friends and family not to waste their time either. read more
