Is the second time I go there, I asked for something and they do what they want with my hair... this second time I also showed a picture of what I want and the girl did what she wanted... Now my hair is worst than it was before!!!!... But They are reaaaally good when is time to charge you and to ask for tip... Don't cut your hair there ever!!!! read more

This is a very busy salon in Morgantown. I like the vibe when I go in there. They use Redken products. I get my hair cut by Shelby and I am always happy with the results. It looks polished and pretty- very reliable. And if I want a change, she listens and makes it work. However, I will not have my brows done there again because the wax was too hot and it damaged my skin. Oh well, nothing is ever perfect. read more

I've been coming to Toni's for about a year and a half now. It's a nice place for a haircut, the ladies know what they're doing. They have a comfy waiting area, and some refreshments while waiting if you want some. I came from a bigger city and couldn't find a decent place to cut my hair in this town. Yes I'm a guy. But yes, I think it takes more than 30 seconds with a clipper to cut my hair and make it look nice, and that's all I had been getting at other places I went to like Famous Hair, etc. Came to Toni's been coming here since, with the same stylist. Tasha cuts my hair, does a great job, takes her time, but doesn't take too long. The staff are all friendly. It's a little pricier than some of the other places, but much better quality and nicer people, so it's worth it. read more

This makes my third trip to toni;s and the first two were amazing... I did not get the lady who normally does my hair but a young lady named Shelby... I have long hair and in my 60s . She had to recolor my hair the second time and i still came out with ucolored white streaks.. I love how soft my hair was on the first two visits.. NOT this time my hair is fried .. I told her it felt funny like it was not rinsed.... she ignored me... She was so rough it made my head hurt . She kept asking advise which made me nervious anyway.... I am going to have to have my hair cut ... It feels like straw. I ask for chocolate rose.. I got almost blonde with light brown streaks and white which looks worse than my gray ... wont be back.. read more

Worst experience ever. Stylist was unfriendly, argumentative, unaccomodating, and incompetent. Hair was not cut straight and my hair is easy to style. Created a knot blow-drying and ripped out my hair when she tried to fix it. I was worse off when I left in terms of both hairstyle and stress level. Caution anyone thinking of going here. I have had haircuts all over, coast to coast, and this takes the cake for worst salon expeience of my life. And I used to be in the service industry so I am generally understanding... read more

I do NOT recommend anyone going here! The stylist's are rude and entitled. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing their jobs!

I will never be going back. I went for a hair/makeup preview for my wedding. I was scheduled for 2 hours. I showed the hair stylist two pictures that I liked and asked if we could combine the two. She said sure and started to curl my hair with a straightener. Yes, a straightener. No curling iron in sight. She then told me that she wouldn't be doing my hair perfect because then it would look better on my wedding day. (That threw up a red flag) I also told her I want pieces down by my face so I don't look bald. She told me that she would fix that the day of the wedding. I told her I wanted a lot of small tight curls (she did big loose curls) but she told me she would do it better the day of my wedding. The whole point of doing a trial run is so that you can make sure you'll like it the day of the wedding. I added the pictures of what I showed her and what she did. I felt like I wasn't being heard and if I was, they just didn't care. They finished my hair and make up in 45 mins. They rushed to finish it and didn't care what it looked like. I was very disappointed in the customer service along with the service in general. It was such a waste of $75. Thank goodness I had a trial run. read more

This was the worst hair salon I have ever been to in my life. My appointment was at 2. A couple minutes after 2 she told me she'd be about 15 more minutes. I said ok and didn't hear back from her until 3 after I made a complaint to the receptionist. For the two hours it took her to do just my foils (my hair is long, but not that thick, there is no reason they should have taken that long), she didn't speak more than 4 sentence to me. After being an hour late getting to me, should could have at least been nice and not completely rude!! And she managed to get bleach on my pants twice and mouth. She left me under the dryer and checked on me once and again, didn't say a word to me. By this point I was furious, not only was she being rude and ignoring me, but also I should've been done by this point. Finally another lady came to wash out my hair. Once my stylist actually came back to me I started complaining about how her being an hour late getting to me is causing me to miss my plans tonight. She became very short with me and argumentative and never gave me a sincere apology, just a bunch of snotty remarks. I told her I didn't want a cut anymore because she had taken so long and she gave me the meanest death stare. She wanted to check the color, another lady blow dried my hair while my stylist yanked at my hair with a comb so hard it hurt and I got up mid blow dry and told her to stop and I was leaving. To top it all off, they charged me $150 for just highlights, no cut. On the phone they said highlights and a cut start at $110. Being so overly charged for a miserable experience is unprofessional and show how poorly the place is run for a client to be treated like that. If for some reason you do decide to go there, which I will always steer any one I know away from there, do NOT get Andrea or Adrianne (I don't remember her name because she wouldn't say anything to me, including her name). read more
