I'm from out of town and came here on a whim. I got a full set and asked for almond shape. Unfortunately they were super thick, uneven, and weren't filed on the sides enough. I did speak up and showed her how uneven they were and she did fix them. After she filed them she kind of threw my hand and said are these thin enough for you. They were better than the first time, but still uneven. I just went along with it bc I could tell she did not want to do my nails anymore. I'm not sure if she was rushing or just wasn't paying that much attention to detail with my nails. I will mention when she was doing my nails she was on FaceTime for a few minutes as well. After she was done, I paid, and immediately filed my nails and shaped them evenly in my car. Just sharing my experience. read more

I stopped in after a horrible day and the staff was excellent! I obtained a Mani & Pedi with a twist. I like regular on my hands, gel on my feet. I had no pressure from staff to do more and the massages on my hands n feet were phenomenal. My nails look great and now my feet match that feeling. I highly recommend! They are very concerned about COVID and was very good at our mutual protections. read more

I don't get pedicures, I just like to keep my toenails polished. But, I'm going to have to get a touch up somewhere else, or try to do it myself. The polish looks uneven and splotchy. Not happy. read more

Love it! First time going, and after "Pretty Nails" destroyed my cuticles last time I was looking forward to a different place. First impressions, it's a beautiful place, and very convenient. I was worried at first that it would be more expensive from the looks of it. A little bit of wait but the staff were lovely, and the girl who did my nails asked plenty of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. We came with a serious time crunch- I only had 1 hr to get my toes done, with my sister and curl my hair and do my makeup before my rehearsal dinner. We walked in, immediately got served with our time we requested. They were SO nice, quick and professional. They all talked to us and were so encouraging and excited for us, for our wedding weekend! This was my first experience with Asian Nails, and it was disappointing. I don't usually leave negative reviews, and wasn't intending to leave this one. I just wasn't going to go back. This review would be too long to tell everything, but I will say the cleanliness of the salon, especially these days with the Covid variant was concerning. The pedicure tubs were being cleaned between customers, but the salon does not use the disposable liners. The disposable fingernail files and buffers (which are ideal for sanitation) are being reused from one customer to the next. The individual providing my pedicure and manicure removed their protective gloves early on in my visit, and never put them back on. The manicure tables were not being cleaned between customers that I witnessed, and items on those tables did not look as if they had been wiped down recently. And my gel manicure cracked on two nails within less than 48 hours. At four days following my visit, the finish is already beginning to chip on another nail. These are just a couple of the issues with my visit. There are others. I will not return to this salon again. read more

I have been there 2 times in the past year. both times was a bad experienc. this last time I got a pedi. left rough skin, had to argue for toe separators and basically told me I couldn't sit and dry. pitiful service. cheap service at expensive price read more

Within a week my gel polish chipped on several nails. I usually go somewhere else but my lady couldn't get me in. When I go to my normal salon my nails never chip. 3 weeks later I get them done only because they have grown out to much. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also the tool they used they grinded down my nail so much. My nails are super strong and now they are weak. Very disappointed with this place and will not be back. read more

I went to this salon today because there were not any others open on a Sunday. Great decision! I got acrylics done and I personally like them very short so I can still function with them. The man who did my nails (Jerry, I think) listened and did them perfectly! Love them! Only $25 for polished acrylics. $30 for a french manicure. Will be going back!! read more

Very disappointed in what I was charged for my service. Took my (11 y/o) niece here the night before Thanksgiving. My niece had her nails and toes painted with a gel polish. I had a pedicure and my fingernails polished with a gel polish, no manicure. The bill was 120$...... When I ask what the prices were exactly.... I was told 40 for my niece(20 for her fingernails and 20 for her toenails) And that mine was 40 for my pedicure and 30 for my fingernails. (I also gave a 5$ tip) as I was leaving and they were locking up I realized that first of all that 20$+40$+30$=110$ NOT 120$ as I was charged.....and why was I charged 30$ for my gel fingernails and my niece only 20$(she is as big as me)......I in no way got a true manicure.....there was no lotion put on my hands....no massaging.....she didn't even file or do enough to my fingernails to ask me to get up and go wash my hands as my niece was requested to do by her manicurist..... My niece had all of the above, the massage and lotion etc as you normally get with a manicure..... Yet my charge was 30$. My manicurist had an adorable child to take care of in the salon with her and we were the last customers and I believe she wanted to get done and I had to pay for services I didn't receive.
