Late review, but I came in January to get some moles and seborrheic keratosis removed from my face. Went in before in October to test out the service and liked the results and needed a follow up. Because I came in previously, they gave me a good price to do my entire face. Overall went well and they iced my face for me after since I had a long drive back. I did have hyperpigmentation for a couple of months after but now it is mostly clear. It looks more like faded freckles but I don't mind considering I had so much on my face they had to remove. I am sharing my personal experience with Misarang Beauty in Koreatown, Los Angeles. I purchased prepaid laser treatment packages from this business over the years totaling approximately $6,400 ($3,000 previously and $3,400 for my most recent package). I paid for my treatments in advance and expected professional service. During my visits, staff repeatedly asked me to leave tips after my sessions. I explained several times that I understood tips are optional and that I chose not to leave additional gratuities after already paying for my prepaid packages. After I declined to tip, I received a text message from the business stating that the employees no longer wanted to provide my remaining treatments because I did not tip. They refunded my unused balance after deducting the cost of the two sessions I had already completed. I appreciate that the unused balance was returned, but I was disappointed that my decision not to provide an optional tip resulted in the cancellation of my remaining treatments. Customers should be able to decline optional gratuities without feeling pressured or losing access to prepaid services. I am sharing this review so other customers understand my experience and can ask about tipping expectations before purchasing a package. read more

I had my first microneedling treatment here, and compared to other facial services, this place did not seem very sincere from the moment I entered until I left. Maybe it's because the staff aren't the owners? I'm not sure, but if I were the owner, I definitely would not have hired them. When you arrive, you're greeted by a woman who seems to have difficulty making eye contact and uses a very cold tone, as if she doesn't speak English well--which is fine, but you can still greet someone warmly, especially when they're about to spend $600. Oddly, she greeted another customer much more nicely, so I'm not sure why she treated me differently? After my microneedling service, she didn't bother to explain any aftercare tips. Another doctor had to step in and kindly explain what to watch out for, which I really appreciated. I wanted to purchase a package after my treatment, but the poor front desk service made me never want to return. I strongly do not recommend this place. Good service is what brings customers back, and one bad experience can ruin it forever.
