I was told on the phone that my "time limit" for expressing how I felt about the results has already passed..? SO in order to try and fix the problem, I was asked to take and send in photos of myself proving how botched I am and they will submit it to the CoolSculpting company and THEY would decide if I am worthy of an attempt to correct the damage, but even then, a minimum of 900.00 will be charged. Absolutely insane. Been to two separate specialists who can only recommend liposuction from here. More money than I could have ever imagined spending on such a simple problem I was attempting to fix (back/bra fat) No, I don't want to speak to you guys or share any humiliating photos of myself. I just completed my 3rd PRP Facial with Yana and I am absolutely obsessed with the results! My skin was very uneven, with large pores, acne scares, discoloration, and several random fine lines. No matter which make up products, serums, creams, or facials I tried, you could still see large pores on my chin and acne scars on my cheeks. I was very insecure about this. After the first PRP treatment, my skin already looked so smooth and glowy. Now that I've completed the three treatments, I am amazed by the results. My skin looks flawless. I don't even need foundation or concealer. The acne scars and tiny fine lines around my mouth seemed to disappear, and those unsightly large pores are gone! I have gotten so many compliments about how even, youthful, and glowing my skin looks, and just overall, this has really boosted my confidence. My downtime from the PRP Facial was minimal. I was red and a tiny bit puffy directly after the treatment. This calmed down by the evening and by the following morning, I just had a tiny bit of peeling that lasted for about 2 days. That's it! I did add on stem cells to each of my treatments. This may have contributed to a bit faster healing process, but I was able to go to work the next day and no one had any idea. I was in need of a Hydrafacial after returning from an 8-night stay in Saint Lucia, managing a new home purchase in LA, and running three companies. My wife warned me, "Ameen, if you don't get a Hydrafacial today, I'll be doing the extractions myself!" Before, My Botox LA, I had gone to the same dermatologist for years --however he went on a long hiatus, and I had no idea where to go, so I took the chance and went to a brand new location I could not have been happier . The office itself is brand new, incredibly clean, well designed and bright, and it feels very Hollywood/Beverly Hills in the best possible way, but with Studio City prices, and Studio City accessibility and parking . The staff is full of life and smiles , so sweet, vibrant , friendly and knowledgeable, and of course very pretty- but not in a fake overdone way. They look like the best use of BOTOX right in front of you, and not the plastic surgery ruined Beverly Hills housewives look . Monique and Adriana are walking real life advertisements of Botox done right . Yana herself is extremely talented, at the administering of the Botox injections . She is strategic, knowledgeable, and excellent at communicating exactly what she is doing and why she's doing . The shots themselves were completely painless, which is not always the case when getting Botox. She is a master at using the units at the max of their potential, which saves time and the need to come back so often - she used the injections to tighten certain areas, and lift up what was drooping . believe that the owners of this place are probably really good and that's where all the positive reviews are coming from so if you're going to make an appointment with them, I really can't speak to that. However, if you make an appointment with anyone other than that please expect to be out a lot of money, and Somewhere between disappointed and horrified. The only thing that saved me and got me through. This is knowing that Botox will wear off and this is just a small part of my life. But it did take me over a year to save the money to have this done and it was for very exciting event in December.As a single mom, I have not been out in three years. So I was really really excited about it. Well, I ended up having to skip the event. . I wanted the 11 lines in my forehead to be soft or erased with Botox as I had done many times earlier in my life. I also wanted to be able to move my forehead even a little, and I wanted to keep my smile lines because I don't like when you smile and you don't smile with your eyes. I wanted to put a little filler in my cheeks to lift up my jowels a bit but ended up getting talked out of the filler for dysport micro injections all around my jawline . I didn't think to ask would I be able to talk, eat, smile, after because I couldn't imagine someone putting things in your face that would , leave you without that ability? I ended up with the little 11 lines barely touched. really heavy brows and droopy eyelids. This wonky little grinch mouth when I speak or smile, (I can't rub my lips together when I put on lip balm. I'm slurring some words, and the entire bottom of my face looks no better (probably worse) than it did before I went in. $2500 down the drain. Wearing a pandemic mask because I look so ridiculous when I talk. Couldn't be in any of the Christmas photos with my kids because I look so strange .. injury on top of insult I couldn't get a refund for the tickets to that event, and lost a lot on the travel expense. I couldn't possibly have gone anywhere where I would see people who knew me or meet people who didn't know me looking like this. *The staff IS really nice. *The place is really clean. the girl who works at the front desk is absolutely lovely. *They fit me in their schedule pretty easily and they were ready when I got there. These are all good things. Outweighed by... if you don't have the skill to do these procedures, You shouldn't be putting anything into anyone's face. If they tell you what they want, you should attempt to do it and do the best job you can while setting realistic expectations. " making someone feel a little ignorant and stupid upon hearing what they want only so you can upsell. This is not good business *Don't suggest pricier services that will render the client slightly disfigured because it pads YOUR bottom line. *Understand that $2500 to you might be an average hour to you but can be a complicated, devastating and emotional loss for theclient who doesn't have a lot of extra money and spent a long long time scrimping and saving and overcoming the guilt of doing something expensive for their own Vanity but it has been so long and they reason that look in the mirror, and feeling better about themselves, would translate into being happier and present when taking care of everyone else. Not to mention a happy client is a lifetime client who wouldn't be writing this right now. i'm posting a picture of the upper half of my face so you can see what maybe my words are not conveying. Got Xeomin injections just a month ago and results have already fully gone away. Got pressured by the injector to try Xeomin instead of Botox, and made me really uncomfortable how pushy she was after I had clearly showed I wanted Botox, not Xeomin.
