I used Yelp to request a quote for hauling away a pile of metal tubing I had in my garage, after some fruitless inquiries to some other haulers. Scheduled their services for the following day as my parents were thrown into an unexpected move after 42 years at their rental home. They ended up running late and there were initially issues with a lack of communication from the number I had been given through Yelp, but eventually the driver called from a different number and explained everything. He promised he would show up no matter what and he made good on his promise, handling everything like professionals once they arrived later in the evening. They worked past sundown to make sure all of our items were cleared and completed the job for the quoted price. Sometimes things go wrong, but how you handle it is what matters to me.
