Great customer service but he charged my credit card twice . This was mostly due to bad reception so I can understand how this could've happened. However , I never got resolved with him after leaving a few messages. had to get my credit card company involved to issue me a credit for one of the charges. Needed an old console TV removed from the second floor. Was too heavy for me and didn't have a truck to take to recycler, so I called around and found Robert. He was so friendly on the phone and had a good chat about what to do with these old TVs since dumps won't take them. Anyway, let him know I found a recycler who actually pay's you for them. Only $.01 a lb, but beats paying the dump. We settled on a price, time and date and said good bye. Robert called and texted me the morning of the service and let me know they were running early. No problem. This crew arrived and they too were very friendly. Almost too nice, if you know what I mean. Was thinking something is going to happen to ruin this :). Happily, not the case. TV was a bitch to get down from second floor, but fairly routine once we turned the corner. Guys loaded up the truck and said their good byes. Really appreciated the communication, friendly service and price. I called a few places and they either wouldn't give me a quote over the phone or wanted me to basically pay for half a day of work. Robert charged what I thought was about an hour of work for three guys, which is what I thought it would take. Even though only two guys were needed and they were in and out in 30 mins, it was more than a fair price. Fair enough to add a 35% tip! Will definitely keep their number handy for the next job. Robert and his crew are the best! We had a lot of household items and some pallets and large pieces of furniture in the backyard. Our vegetation behind the garage was also really overgrown and needed to be removed. We had asked for quotes from other trash removal companies, and Robert's reasonable price and customer-friendly approach was the most impressive. We were worried that they might not be able to take all of our junk, but Robert promised us that he would take care of all of it, and he did carry out his promise beautifully!!
