After I saw the perm I wasn't very happy with it, it was hardly curly at all. I took a shower the next morning (no conditioner) and blow dried it and my hair had barely any curl to it. I took pictures and texted my hairdresser about it. When I went back in to have them fix it they didn't do anything about it. They told me I didn't know how to style my hair and that it is because I use a Shampoo from Walmart? I thought they were very disrespectful and didn't even give me my money back only said they would give me a credit, which I obviously will never use. I left the place in tears because of how disappointed I was with the service. I would not recommend to anyone!
