He knows what he's doing and has gotten great results - as far as I'm concerned. Lost a lot of weight, got off several meds I was taking - my back and core are a whole lot stronger. I used to have back issues all the time. Not any more. The owner - Shane Varnado - runs a professional gym and only allows quality, skilled personnel to train people in his facility (Jason, Paul, Jeremy). The gym has everything you need for training in all kinds of areas - for athletes, for people just trying to get fit or stay fit, people doing body sculpting, people recovering from injuries, people trying to lose weight, people with disabilities, etc. The bathrooms are clean and well-kept. There was a young lady in a stool behind the counter hunched over her phone and another lady next to her who did smile at me. I asked about the sandwiches on the sign and hunchback grumbled we do the wraps. As I was looking at the two options I made a little joke about rapping. She didn't even laugh or look up, just continued on her phone. I decided not to even try to make the best of it. I just said, If you want to be that way then maybe it's better I leave. So I turned and left and on my way out I said you should check your attitude. I thought maybe they'd come out and apologize, nope. So before I left the parking lot I wrote this. If the owner reads this please implement a no phone policy for employees behind the counter. I may go back in the future to give them another chance, I like to be fair. Hope they clean up their act.
