I LOVE ASPEN CROSSFIT!!! I have been CrossFitting for over a year and a half in Southern California and need my CrossFit fix while on vacation. I went over two different ski vacations earlier this year and this box ROCKS!!! I have trained at many boxes and Aspen CrossFit has it going on - they have awesome programming, phenomenal coaches, and great people to WOD with. Aspen Crossfit is the best place to get your butt kicked! Crossfitters in town visiting are always welcome to drop in for classes. Aspen Crossfit is a family and all the members and coaches are so friendly and encouraging. I like AC! They have an awesome box, well equipped, not big, not too small. They thought of everything. I was visiting from Portland Oregon and just wanted to do the WOD so I dropped in. They are friendly, knowledgeable, of course I had to scale the WOD down a bit (not used to 8000 feet). I was in town visiting from Orange County and dropped in for two WOD's. The coaches and members were very welcoming. I immediately felt right at home. The attitude is one of encouragement, fun and high energy. Great programming too. I did some movements I normally don't do and was CRUSHED at the end!!! I love this gym. I hate every WOD and that is the exact reason I go. It hands me my ass on a platter every time I go.
