I have to say the ice is some of the best around, maybe because the people working their do a better job of using the zamboni or may the cooling system is better, not sure but this place is great for hockey. Outside the ice rink is the Eagle town pool and is ine very busy place in the summer. Great place to go and cool off. Around the ice rink I think is some of the best mountain biking in the state. Trails leading to miles and miles of riding in all directions. One of the trails called the Haymaker is where the State High School championships have been help for the last couple of years, The trailhead starts right from the parking lot of the ice rink. Mountain bikers can also hit the bmx track next door that is open all of the time to the public. Next to the bmx track their is a pump track that is also very cool and fun to warm up on before leaving to go on a mountain bike ride. I also have to say that the staff who run and take of the ice rink and the and the park around are some of the nices people you might want to ever meet. It's nice you meet people how care about their job and do such a great job. Maybe something that is harder too find nowadays.

The atmosphere and history of construction is wonderful. They have put a lot of time in on the design, using geothermal heating for the botanic gardens, warming the ponds and paths as well. The pool isn't bathtub hot, but it wasn't COLD either. They can convert to OUTDOOR for summer. You can buy passes or X number of "punches." You can use the entire center on one "punch" on a "punch pass." Swim, then use exercise equipment or vice versa. They also have a sauna, but it wasn't working today, They have modern exercise equipment. Their hours are very accommodating for early risers or after work. I think they have classes. They have some very nice conference rooms. The pool is handicapped accessible. Starts at zero depth and gradually goes to 3 feet. then you cross over to the "lap lanes" which are five feet deep. There are only two "lap lanes" but they are fairly wide. The three foot section has a slide, but only kids can go on the slide. Adults would "hit bottom." The Three foot section also has a basket ball hoop. It appears you need to bring your own towel. I didn't bring one, had to use the air dryer to dry off. You could park an RV in this parking lot.

They have a water slide that they allow younger children to go with adults on and it's quite fast. There's a hot tub area, a lab pool area, as well as a climbing wall in the swimming area for older children. They also have a steam room and a sauna. Changing area looks like it was done relatively recently. It's quite nice. They have men's room, a women's locker room and a communal room which is perfect for families with small children. If Keystone or Breckenridge area I would definitely be checking that out again.

They have a lot of great facilities, weight room, cardio available just lots of stuff. They have this cool, gymnastics area. It's really fun to watch. The cool thing about it is there's a water park available and a swimming pool. The hot tub is really big. They had the cutest little recreational river. It's really small, but it's really relaxing. I saw they had a rock climbing wall as well, and it went pretty high. Amenities are pretty good. Locker room could be a bit cleaner, but it was cool that it was available and they had two different size lockers available as well. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Recommend if you're in the area and you need a gym. Or a fun time with the kids.
