This place has the worst customer service on the planet. I have so much patience with people that has to work in the public but the lazy ___ receptionist in this office is ridiculous. They cannot walk out to the car and ask an 80 year old lady for a concent letter instead they want her to walk in and get consent for a letter to get knee surgery. Called Aspen Dental about 3 weeks ago told them i wanted a cleaning and that is what the lady said she had me scheduled for When i got there they wanted to do Xray's ok my plan covers it . Then a Dental Hygienist told her i am just here for a cleaning . She said i had to have her evaluate me first and it was no charge . Ok after she did her exam told me i needed deep cleaning and would not be able to do a regular cleaning . Next a man came and got me and took me to his desk and printed out a dental plan and go over it .It consisted of 3 visits to have it done and the cost $3,687.20. I walked out and will not be back will see if i can find a local Dentist that will give me a cleaning . No wonder they have bad reviews all over the internet read more

Over charges for dental work that isn't completed. Keeps you coming back visit after visit I made 14 visits these visits were only like 15 minutes, I drove a long way why were these visits not combined. It didn't make sense my process wasn't complete total cost over $4,000 read more

First of all, you walk in the door and nobody is wearing a mask. Called with a toothache and didn't get seen till the next day. Had to have the tooth extracted. When I got home my lip was very swollen and bruised....they said that I must have bitten it....I was very careful not to on my way home. Site was throbbing after the novocain wore off. Called and was told it was common and to take Advil and Tylenol. Next morning still throbbing so I went down there and they were having a meeting so the office was closed! told them the problem and they said call back in the morning!! No way I was going back there. Friday they called and asked if I could come in for Dr to look at it. (This was after a nasty review I wrote). Regrettably went in, (rude staff) because it was his work to fix, and he said it was a dry socket and packed it. When this tooth was pulled it didn't bleed which I later read that it usually means a dry socket. Well, packing it did nothing to ease the pain. It's been 3-4 weeks and still have discomfort. This place has changed so much since Covid19. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I went there because of a change in insurance.Longer story short.They wanted 4 k for crown replacement and scaling that I had done twice in the last 10 years.They are all about the money!!! Would not recommend them read more

Check the reviews before going here!! Every review site agrees this place is garbage! Should be zero stars. I went once and won't be back! Most of the office staff was rude from the start, even the first receptionist you meet. Dental work was ok, but I was offered 4 different up-sells just during the initial checkup and cleaning. It seems very unprofessional when even your dental work has constant pop-up ads! I paid at the time of service, then got an additional bill a month later! When I called, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive and would not even discuss or answer simple questions about why I was getting charged again! When I made it clear I wouldn't be back, her only response was "that's fine". I hope they enjoy the additional $42 they scammed me out of, because instead of becoming a new lifetime customer, I will NEVER be back there or any other Aspen Dental location again! read more

This was the worst -had horrible toothache on a Sunday -this was one of only places to answer phone. Got appointment first thing Monday morning and supposedly 1st visit free -win right?! Show up and right away charged $110... dentist was rude -told me if I couldn't afford $300 plus to pull my tooth I should go to free clinic and gave me the number and sent me away. No antibiotics or anything. Luckily I found a real dentist in Easley -called my antibiotics in and saw me immediately-pulled tooth for $125 and now is my bestest and go too her statement is priceless "we don't try to kill people here" wish I could give out her info here read more

Went in for new dentures and purchased the highest quality available. It took three times and six months before I got what I purchased. I had to call Home office before they did their job. Their excuse was they didn't have a qualified tech their anymore took make their dentures. read more

If I could give them a lower score I would. They billed me for a dental cleaning that never happened and after disputing it and calling billing they turned it over to collections. I wouldn't recommend this group to take care of a pigs teeth read more

My husband and I went here this morning. We were suppose to get cleanings and a consultation. The answering service is located in new York and they schedule the appointments for them. Long story short. They don't do cleanings and consultations on the same day. The receptionist was very rude to my husband.The dentist was rude to me. We were first time patients and we won't be back. I've never been treated so rudely by a dentist office. read more

I hadn't seen a Dentist in well over 15 years when a crown broke. I chose Aspen Dental because they could get me in "anytime" thanks to Danika Patrick. They were wonderful and so reasonably priced, even with my crappy dental insurance. Loved the XRay tech, Hygienist, and Dentist. All knowledgeable and had great "Bedside" manners. Found out after 15 years that I needed a little scaling and one (1) filling. Yeah me!!! Thanks Aspen for not telling me I needed EVERY filling in my mouth replaced. Many have been there since the 70's. Look forward to seeing you all soon. read more
