I came across this one here on Yelp, and I am SO happy that I did. The dentists here referred me to Dr. Pasternak, their oral surgeon. I hate having my teeth messed with and I'm already anxious just going to the dentist for cleanings. Needless to say, I was so nervous about the procedure and possible complications, but she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and making me feel safe. Some of my wisdom teeth were impacted, so the procedure required more work and was done under anesthesia (by my request, I wanted to be out of it). Everything went exceedingly well, I had no pain during recovery, and the incisions/holes healed with ZERO complications. Two years later I still think back on the experience and how grateful I am to Dr. Suzanne Pasternak for the skill and care she provided. I figured I should write a review since I still feel so strongly. The office staff were amazing too and were very helpful during all of my pre-procedure visits. I highly recommend this place for everything dental-related. I would make it my regular dentist's office if I didn't live so far!

What other Doctor comes in on their day off just for a filling? Their office is incredibly nice with TVs in each dentist operating station. The lounge is very nice with snacks coffee and more. My mom typically gets a manicure in their office too. On top of all of this, Dr moss is actually an incredible dentist, no man does it better. Treat yourself because your teeth are very important and Dr moss knows that.

Renee it's amazing and made sure everything was perfect for me. Heather takes the time to explain the procedures and insurance concerns. Sabrina made me smile evem with half of my face numb. Even the gals who I passed in the hall smiled and asked how my day was going. I've had five teeth pulled at various times in my life, and this is the best experience I've had. Admittedly most of the others were pulled at the U-M Dental School, so this was bound to be an improvement. Everyone was as warm and friendly as can be. But it left me scrambling to find someone new. I asked in a local Facebook group and got recommended to check out here. When I called to go through the insurance check and book an appointment, the scheduler was super helpful and friendly. I had to wait ~2-3 months but I didn't mind. They offered me waitlist spot in case of any cancellations. It never happened, but I do like that it's an option. I finally went, super wary of a new place and a new dentist. Immediately everyone was so friendly it put my anxious self at ease a bit. The hygienist was super sweet and very understanding. Made sure to keep me comfortable. I had cracks on the side of my mouth from overly dry skin and she was so sweet in making sure she was careful not to split them open and make them bleed. She listened to me and made me feel heard. The dentist himself was only in for a bit as I was just there for xrays and a cleaning. I had no issues, so we didn't interact much. But I have nothing bad to say about him either. This is definitely my new dentist for the long term.

All three hygienists I have seen there have been very gentle and careful. My teeth do not hurt at all after cleaning or other procedures. They do just fine with a nervous nellie like me and yet still manage to remove any necessary plaque or other grossness and make my teeth all fresh and pretty. Prior to this I had a dentist who filled the wrong tooth and I ended up not going for awhile after. Dr Berman is careful and using him I have not had any further problems with my teeth, no fillings, nada. I really trust him which I needed after my prior bad experience. I have moved from my hometown but even with it less convenient for me, I am willing to make the drive.

Dr Shadi stood out to me among many other cosmetic dentists in south east Michigan for his perfect work, demeanor and the staff . I had looked at thousands of photos of teeth online and even considered flying to another state to have work done . So happy I found him . The ladies in the office are all incredibly kind . I joked to my partner after my first visit that everyone was too nice !!! I went to consults at two other dentists who specialize in veneers and crowns and I was not impressed . One wanted a consult fee upfront just to see me and not do any work , the other was a bit stuffy . The other dentists I passed on , I didn't like their esthetic . Long story short, I needed expansive restorative dentistry because my mouth was full of inlays , old cavities and new , thanks to genetics , and my teeth were crooked after years of braces in my teens . I wore a retainer for 10 + years EVERY NIGHT as an adult . Earlier this summer I received a crown from Dr . Shadi and they were so kind to me with adjustments and the temporary . No one pressured me to do anything and the doctor even offered to try a filling to be cost effective but eventually I would need a crown down the line . I never felt like a bother even though I know I might be. Everytime I asked about doing more cosmetic work , they didn't try to sell me on a thing even though I knew I wanted to move forward . I essentially point blank said please give me options for cosmetic work NOW ! They were phenomenal with their patience and guidance . Right now , I'm in "temporary teeth" that look like final real amazingly perfect teeth. They are spectacular . I couldn't be happier .

I was in pain and they were compassionate and caring throughout the whole procedure. Dr Shadi listened to my complaints and he was very informative.
