I get a message months later that they need to reschedule the cleaning and that they don't have hours past 6pm. It entirely unreasonable to cut your hours so people have to take vacation time to get a cleaning. The receptionist was an immature person incapable of explanation as a reasonable adult. If you're going to reduce your hours, the very least you could do is plan ahead and honor the appointments you have and not inconvenience patients. It's clear this practice does not care for its patients. And a good family practice lost in Lancaster.

They treated me with such compassion and I am so appreciative. 'Jay' handled my cleaning and I can't say enough; I've never had a cleaning go better and she took the time to answer all of my questions and talked me through everything. She is a goddess. The front office staff has been judged very harshly in these reviews and I can only say that I found them to be helpful and accommodating. This is the practice you're looking for. You should call.

I was told there wasn't much they could do to help me, which was disappointing since I wanted to maintain the results of my treatment. Unfortunately, my teeth continued to shift to the point that I ultimately had to start a completely new treatment (Invisalign) in 2024, which I completed in 2026. This meant additional time, expense, and inconvenience years after my original orthodontic treatment. One telling the other her hair was really sticky from getting stuff in it while painting. Gross. Dental assistant was kind & did xrays & scan. Dentist came in, asking what was wrong, so explained my toothache. He replied curtly, "You need a root canal" I was surprised as less than a year ago I'd had a very comprehensive exam & crowns, no cavities or root canals were mentioned. I asked if he could tell that from these xrays. His response was, "no, I don't need xrays I go by the symptoms a patient tells me." What??! I should have ran out from Dr Quackers there & then. Sigh. He then blew air on the tooth & tapped on it. Nothing. So he then says,"your issue is you have a crown there & the surface is too flat." I know it is meant to be bumpy, so kind of made sense to me. He got a drill & was grinding at the tooth for a while, no questions as to if I was okay with that, doing fine? Afterwards I commented that the same tooth on the other side was probably the same as it was also a crown. Dr Quackers response, "well that isn't the issue is it, so we're not going to touch that." Okay then. Then a final sweet goodbye from this gem, "now don't chew on that side of your mouth for 6 months, then come back & see me. We'll see how it is going then." I looked at him wondering if he was serious, he was! He said just learn to push the food over to the other side. 36hrs later & I am chewing on the other side of my mouth! I had a cold drink & no issues. Then had a yogurt though & that caused sharp pain that lasted for about 10 minutes. So now I am left to look for another dentist. This time hopefully not as pretentious, haughty or flat! So there goes a few hundred bucks to Mr Quackers. Beware & be aware!!!

One month, two, three months go by and after multiple calls to check status with them where I was told to "just continue to wait", I called my insurance company. First of all, they had not submitted any of the paperwork accurately for this confirmation of financial payment they require prior to providing the service. Second of all, by this time they had dropped from my insurance network (receptionist wasn't aware, I had to inform her) so I was unable to even go to get my teeth cleaned, which is all I had wanted from the start.
