The office manager was upset because I hung up on her due to her lack of customer service and inability to properly deescalate a concern with a very simple issue. I hope those calls were recorded b/c I will be escalating further. After initially posting a review on Google I received another call from Breanna (Bre). I spoke to her calmly and she continued to escalate in her tone throughout the conversation to the point where she kept cutting me off and would not allow me to speak. I repeatedly asked for corporate number with no response until she hung up on me. Very disappointing experience. Bre has no customer service skill and should not be a manager. It's clear that her poor service is reflected in how her other staff treat customers. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. I had a few teeth pulled in the past which left me with a deep fear of going to the dentist, and besides I could not afford getting them all pulled anyways. Then I found Dr Riech. I was incredibly nervous but I pushed through and there was almost no pain at all. Even after the anaesthesia wore off very little pain. He mad me feel very at ease, did the work effortlessly and 55 minutes later I had 20 less teeth. He's even letting me pay off over time! Seriously he is the absolute best !
