Two of my teenagers have now seen Dr. Springmann and have been very happy. My son needed a filling and is tricky to anesthetize (odd nerve patterns he got from me). Despite needing an extra shot, he was very happy with Dr. Springmann, reporting nothing but care, patience, and professionalism. We are new to the area, and sometimes it's hard to find a dental provider that works for a family. I am very thankful that we found this practice first.

However, during my appointment, two different people took my X-rays. It seemed like the first person might have been in training, because several images had to be retaken before a more experienced staff member stepped in. I've never had so many X-rays redone in one visit, which was frustrating and concerning. Then, as I was leaving the office and walking through the building's main entrance, I saw a mouse stuck in a glue trap right by the front door. That was disturbing and left a bad impression. To be clear, the mouse and trap were not inside the dental office itself, but at the main entrance to the building where the practice is located.
