I sat back in the waiting room about another 45 minutes. I know I have bad teeth, genetics, chronic illnesses, and medication's have ruined my them. I went to this location because it was the only one my insurance company could find that would take my insurance and I was there for one specific reason. I admit I might've come off rude, but I'm neurodivergent and usually it will get run over in these types of situations and my anxiety was through the roof. I was trying to assert and stand up for myself, and it came across the wrong way. I cut off the dentist from going in the big spiel about treatment which wasn't the reason I was going to the appointment for. She got very rude. It felt like and that instant she didn't wanna help me. Since my insurance is changing in a month, and I am going to try to find someone closer to home. She started bringing up extractions, which couldn't have been done anyways because if she would've read my file, she would've known I'm on blood thinners and need medical clearance. I thought it would be drained and given antibiotics. She got mad walked away and started helping someone else. If something wasn't sad about antibiotics there's no telling how long they would've had me stay there waiting. I wasn't sure if they were actually gonna sign the prescription but they did. I was also prescribed ibuprofen, which I can't take. I was there for two hours. What equals maybe 10 to 15 minutes of actual appointment time. I was lucky I didn't have anything to do today because I can't wait around like that for dentist appointments. A heads up that there was gonna be a wait or the dentist was running late would've been appreciated. They scheduled too many appointments for the amount of dentists they have on hand. Other reviews are right, they'll tell you what's wrong and don't address the reason you're there.

I scheduled a routine dental exam and cleaning, yet my visit lasted nearly two hours. After the exam, I was told I needed what they called "special scaling in the presence of generalized moderate tartar," which would cost $229 out of pocket, on top of what my insurance already covers. I visit the dentist 2-3 times a year and have never once been told I needed a "special" cleaning. When I declined this additional charge, they ended my visit immediately and did not offer a basic cleaning at all. I was told this was due to "dental ethics," which made no sense considering I had scheduled and waited specifically for a cleaning. Because I was frustrated and confused, I asked to speak with the office manager. Suddenly, the same "special cleaning" was offered for $67, which only raised more concerns. To make matters worse, this "special cleaning" turned out to be exactly like every standard cleaning I've ever received. This entire experience felt pressure-driven and financially motivated, not patient-focused. I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, request clear explanations, and consider a second opinion before agreeing to any out-of-pocket charges. Please beware.

I am sooooo glad I chose to make my appointment here. Got to fill out my information online so I went at my scheduled time and didn't have a wait time. First impression: very clean, advanced equipment, nice rooms with entertainment, and the friendliest staff ever at a dentist. After signing in I was in the waiting room for about two minutes. Someone had just been called to the back so I thought I was going to be there perhaps 15 minutes, but instead the dentist that was going to treat me came out and took me to the back himself. Dr. Sahegin was awesome- he asked me if I had any concerns, answered my questions, and we decided to just do a general examination and figure out my workup. Michele came in, introduced herself, and took me to do my x-rays: some positions were slightly painful but nothing I couldn't handle and Michele was quick to minimize the discomfort :) Dr. Sahegin did an extremely detailed evaluation at the chair as well. I can't express how much I appreciate this as I've had my fair share of dentists that don't answer questions, look at the general places to do major work, and you're pretty much out the door. Amazing!!! Had to get touch-ups on a couple of things and a filling so I was there a while as the machine was making it. Michele even took me to look at it and at the precision of the coloring. It was nice to see everything that happened "behind the scenes" (maybe its because I ask a lot of questions though lol). I also had a cleaning and Kelli (hygienist) was absolutely wonderful. I asked her a couple of questions and she gave me good tips too. I felt as though I was being a little pampered to be honest. I know it sounds strange as it's the dentist, right? Whenever water splashed on me they would dry it off or if I re-adjusted I would always get an "are you okay?" I couldn't explain that it wasn't the procedure that bothered me as I had my mouth open but Dr. Sahegin, Michele, and Kelli all equally checked up on me constantly. I will say, it was kind of nice :D Before I left, Dr. Sahegin walked me out and talked to me a bit before I left for follow-up questions and to ask me to fill out a survey that the office was going to send me. They really care about the service they offer their patients which means a lot. I have definitely learned to expect more from dentists and can say that I am extremely comfortable returning here. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. FIVE Stars! I needed…read morefive teeth extracted. Dr. Cooper had removed a tooth for me three years ago which went very well on local anesthesia. I opted for a nap this time. At 10:30am I felt a pin prick; next thing I remember is my brother-in-law helping me out of the car at home. Dr. Cooper provided written instructions and prescriptions in advance. I did not experience any pain. The extraction sites are healing normally. I am following instructions for post op care and taking medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his friendly staff. My primary care dentist had referred someone else, but I trust Dr. Cooper after the first experience. He is a nice man, compassionate, kind and most importantly a skilled Oral Surgeon. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Bruce T. Cooper!
