They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. I went for a exam and was told I need two root canals and one of my broken teeth fix. Ive been in pain for quite some time. They gave me a treatment plan that would cost me over $3800 for these procedures with insurance coverage . There were so available at this time for me to sign and schedule the treatment , they had availability right away for the dentist to do the work. The amount is alot so i checked the charging codes according to my insurance payment schedule and it did not matched. I called them and ask them to please review and double check the codes according to my insurance payment schedule, they did and the next day they told me that the price stands because of im seen a specialist. I then had my insurance contact them and confirm im being charged correctly. My insurance called back and advised me that the new amount for the treatment plan is around $1800 and they should have not charge me more. My insurance advised me that there were dental codes they should not charge me and amounts not matching with what they suppose to charge. Champions then send me the new treatment plan with the correct amount without apologizing for the $2000 difference they were going to over charge me, a blank email with the new treatment plan, how dishonest and unprofessional. Im sure they were piss of they didnt squeeze $200 out of me. Then i called Champions to get the new treatment plan done and the receptionist had to check with someone else , all the sudden she told me they are booked the whole month of July and august ... tell me thats not retaliation and childish?. Im sure that I have been scammed here before in my other treatments where they ask u to sign and schedule right away with out verifying the finances. Ive been a customer for a while , and at least i deserve some respect and consideration when reviewing the finances. The dentist and technicians are nice and great but who ever is in charge of the finances is dishonest, childish and deceptive. I went to another dentist and finally getting my teeth done. Check the dental codes!!!! review your finances before taking on big treatment plans. Over the years, the person thats is charge of financing will pressure me sooo much to get services i did not want such as laser and other therapies not covered by insurance. If they not squeezing money out of you.... they dont care , they are a business and they will make money at all cost even is by deceiving you to believe that they are following your insurance schedule.

I was referred to Dr. Ho by North Houston Endodontists. While I was really thrown off by the…read morereally outdated office and Dr. Ho's young appearance, when Dr. Ho examined my teeth he came across very thorough and knowledgable and professional. He took his time, explaining everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. Before he moved forward with the implant, he had me go back to the endodontist to confirm what he felt needed to be done, which gave me an added level of confidence. I gave them four stars, because, the x-ray record that they sent to the endodontist had someone else's image on it In addition to mine. Also, they forgot to give me the preop instructions telling me what to do before my tooth extraction (apparently I was supposed to take the antibiotic before hand); they forgot to send in a prescription for antibiotics ...this created additional confusion after the procedure, because they thought I didn't want to be on on antibiotics; they also forgot to give me the post op instructions. I had to ask for them. When I emailed the doctor to let him know about the confusion and asked him to call me. He never did...my guess is he never saw the email because it was intercepted by the front office staff who didn't want to get in trouble. Also, the dental assistant during for procedure had to take four x-rays in order to get one good one. So in my opinion, Dr. Ho is very good and thorough but his staff needs some retraining and by all means the office needs to be redone. It is ancient. At minimum the trash should be removed from the shrubs that are visible from the dental chair. A little attention to detail will go long way here and creating a better image for the business.

We went through the initial consultation and had the surgery the following Saturday morning- no time missed from work MYS quoted me $377 and WSC did the same procedure for $240. The receptionist, Anita, was very nice and helpful. Dr. Bruce took time to answer all of our questions prior to surgery and went over in great detail the post operation instructions. My 17 year old daughter was an absolute wreck by the time she made it to the chair and Dr. Bruce's bedside manner went a long way in alleviating her anxieties. My overall feeling is that WSC did not overcharge or take advantage. I would highly recommend for oral surgery.

The staff provided me with a cost sheet and asked me to sign it, assuring me that signing was not mandatory. I signed it and explained that I needed time to discuss the treatment and costs with my family. They agreed and scheduled a follow-up appointment for October 20th, 2025. On October 16th, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment -- four days before the scheduled date. However, I was told that cancellations are only accepted within 72 hours from the date I signed the form. Because I was outside of that window, they charged me $200 for the consultation and an additional $200 cancellation fee. This policy was never clearly explained to me during my initial visit, and I find it unfair and misleading. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Their business practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious or avoid this place altogether.
