When looking for a medical or dental professional I was looking for someone that cares more about patient care than the insurance claim, online reputation, and themselves. When I read their reviews I thought I found that place. This is why I went along with my husband. I placed an updated review because normally after a teeth clean and fillings everything goes back to normal. But his was bad. He went in with good teeth and gums and nothing wrong. After he visited he said his teeth and gums hurt for weeks. Yesterday he was still complaining about fillings and the issues now he has after visiting the dentist. He said since he visited the dentist he been having issues eating on his left side. So I guess it 50/50 on the experience Now after I changed the review is when the Browbeating started with their owner Ali. Since I changed the review because after weeks there was discomfort as a fact he was upset. While we were communicating he stated that he had bad teeth with out even knowing who my husband was. Later on the conversation all the sudden he had the records. You can tell that all his cared about was this review the content not the patient and situation. I appreciated the call and was trying to get my husband back there to see what happened to fix it. Since it is December my husband works 6 days a week 13hr days it is hard to get off since they are short staffed. Ali again browbeated me again as you can see on the image saying that it must not be that bad and it is not his job to care. My fear is if we ever go back with his hostility towards us what would he do to our teeth. read more

This is the worst place for dental work. The receptionist are incompetent and rude and the drs half way know what they are doing. I have been going there for over five years and my mouth is worst than when they started. Only once have I seen the same dentist twice. The last dentist I saw, she dropped my crown on the floor and wasn't going to tell me she dropped it. Never have I ever had the same work done over and over and still did not get it corrected. And the main person to allow all this is the owner. Thanks for messing up my mouth. Will look for someone who is well more competent and more compassionate with their patients. Be cautious when entering. More than likely they won't get it right the first, second or third time. As of today we will unfortunately not be making the drive to this office anymore. Husband had a 9 am appointment, after waiting 25 mins I decided to ask for an update and were told they were short staffed. We continued waiting until 9:45 when we saw they took in another patient that had just gotten there. We decided this was a sign to finally walk out and request our records. Office isn't the same with their new staff (I was last seen in Apr and noticed a change in the office staff/dentist, but was willing to stick around and give them a chance because we've been patients since 2016). Wish them the best. Recommend the next time they're short staffed they're honest with their patients upfront on arrival and give the patient the choice of waiting/rescheduling or call patients ahead of time (instead of chatting about non-work related topics). read more

I loved seeing Dr Sajadi. Him being a professor at University of Texas really gave me confidence that the work I was getting done was going to be right the first time. I went in for my x-rays to be done. The process was a bit uncomfortable and that's what made the score 4 stars. I pulled through and got my x-rays done which was good. I got my teeth cleaned and the process was quick. The dentist addressed my problems and suggested I get a tooth guard and use sensodine for my sensitive teeth. The staff is very nice and thorough. My jaws and ear were giving me so much pain which I figured had to do with my teeth. Dr. Pham let me know that my wisdom teeth were hitting my nerves and applying pressure causing all of my pain. I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few days ago and the experience was amazing. I didn't feel anything and had almost no pain, bleeding, or swelling after the procedure. My dental experience from when I first started going to the dentist up until when I was about 22 years old was very transactional, dry, more of a quick in and out see you next time like going to get an oil change . That is until I started going to Eldridge dental they quickly turn that around every time I go there I am treated as if I am their only patient which I am pretty sure I'm not or am I? Ok now I'm talking to my self! Anyways back to Eldridge dental they took the time to educate me and improved my dental health, they always value my time I have never waited more than a couple of minutes when I have an appointment if I have any kind of dental emergency I can always call them. When I took my wisdom teeth out all my friends shared their horror stories with me but Dr. Pham, the oral surgeon, did a great job no pain at all. They called me the next day to make sure I was okay. Dr. Sajadi and his staff are all about the follow up. A week l met with Dr. Pham again to make sure the healing process was going as planned. I have to salute the friendly staff that make you feel at home and help you forget how nerve racking a dental office can be. My first visit experience The staff were friendly. There were no other patients there. Not a One! That was scary! You have to sign an agreement that any dental work besides cleaning is a $200 deposit Non-Refundable if you don't cancel before 5 days prior to the appointment! Ouch! The 5 day Cancellation policy is definitely a turn off for me. That is a lot of money to loose if you have an emergency! Recently moved to this side of town and had to leave my dentist of 10 years on the East side :( I hated to go thinking I wouldn't find another doctor who could put up with my dental anxiety but the drive became too much. Well I gotta say, I'm glad that we are able to leave a review about Eldridge Dental. We've been coming here for the past 2 years and we had always had a pleasant experience before the new owners/staff came in. I've got to say, they not only kept up expectations we had but exceeded our expectations of what a dental care facility should be. With the previous owners I was referred to get my front tooth removed by a specialist and would have had 2 separate charges totaling just under $3000.00, with the new doctors I was told they could do everything in house. They are not only dentists but specialists as well. What a great find!!!! They took me in with a bad infection and removed my tooth same day. The combined $3000 bill previously quoted at specialist and here(previous owners) was cut to half!!! My wife loves coming here, they've taken extra measures to make her feel comfortable since she is a nervous wreck getting any kind of work on her teeth. They've played music on her chair since we forgot to bring headphones and took breaks in between drilling. This was great in getting her to come down, the constant reassurance and checking with her if she was comfortable. Follow up, follow up, follow up..,this is the only place I've ever been where they call to follow up and ask you if you are doing okay a day/week after the procedure. What an amazing friendly knowledgeable staff. We live right around the corner but we are moving completely across town to Cinco Ranch (16 miles or so). This place will always be our dental care facility no matter how far we drive...it is worth it!!! read more

They staff is ridiculously kind. Very chatty. Makes a person feel like they belong there. The dental work is good and I have minimal lasting pain in the crown that was done. Their prices are a bit higher than anyone else I got estimates from. I was offered a discount if I didn't use my care credit account so I decided to go with them. However, after the procedure was complete and I paid with a different credit card I was told I had to pay the full amount, the discount was for cash only. Definitely a miscommunication that cost me quite a bit, I probably would have gone elsewhere had I known that. But I can't change that now. read more

Had a tooth with a loose filling causing some discomfort. They were able to get me scheduled quicky and moved just as quickly in getting me in to see Dr. Paulo. He took care of my immediate need with a follow up for a permanent solution. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. All questions were answered honestly and in detail. Just went in for an office visit and I don't think I've ever had so much fun at my dentist's office before! The staff is professional, the office is clean, and the dentist I saw - Dr. Sajadi - is knowledgable, friendly, gentle and super funny. I had a hard time keeping my mouth open and suppressing my laughs throughout my visit- which was virtually painless. I have gone to many dentist, oral surgeon and periodontist since of the age of 4. This has been the best experience I had in many years of having dental work done. It started with Wendy in the front by making me feel welcome and comfortable by taking my x rays and talking to me to calm me down since I was nervous. Dr Sajadi understood the major work I need done and made me feel like I made a great choice coming in for a consultation and changing from the previous periodontist that I was seeing that did not make me feel secure about the treatment he was going to do. I got my bone grafting done couple days ago and had no bleeding when I left the office and no pain. Thanks for taking care of me with a pillow, a blanket and for asking if I was doing well threw my oral surgery. I recently moved from California and had been searching for a new dental office. I checked out a few other places before finally getting a reccomendation from some co-workers. Got an appointment in and glad I did. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and up to date. After going in for a clean and examination, the doctor decided I should get my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible because they were impacted. Dr. Pham was very thorough in walking me through each step of the procedure and guiding me towards an informed decision pre-op. He seems like he has a very strong and credited background in dentistry and I saw why after I had my procedure done. The extraction went very well with no complications. Post-op went smooth.
