Had such a great experience at Aspen Dental (Jasper, IN office)! The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and just made everything go super smoothly. From the front desk to the assistants in the back, everyone was welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable. You can tell the staff works really well together -- they were organized, quick, and still took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. It's not often you find a place where the entire team is this kind and professional. I needed to find a dental office that accepted my insurance (Medicare) and they did. I was quite pleased with my experience there. they had me in and out before my actual appointment time, because I showed up early. I will definitely use them again. read more

I have had a horrible experience with discrimination and rude action from Aspen Dental in Jasper. On March 17, I made an appointment with them on 03/21/23 at 1:30 PM. However, on March 20, they called me back to ask so many questions about my insurance. After that, they rescheduled me for 03/30/22 at 2:30. More terrible, when I came to their office on 03/30, they said my appointment was canceled because they contacted me to confirm, but I didn't answer. It was a terrible lie when I received no phone calls to confirm my appointment. I only received two messages, and I assured them I would come. Their talking attitude toward me was very disrespectful, discriminatory, and careless. They forced me to go home to reschedule, even though driving to them took me 2 hours to only receive a notice of cancellation. Aspen Dental makes me feel ashamed of how the dental industry works in the US and how they despise customers and only focus on profiteering. If Jasper Aspen Dental doesn't resolve this problem satisfactorily, I will work with my attorney and make an appointment in court. I have full proof and contact history between me and this place. I also want to denounce this so that only a few customers here are taken advantage of and despised again. read more

I am so thankful for such an amazing and wonderful dental office. Everyone in the office is amazing. I was TERRIFIED to get dental work done, but they made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Olivia even held my hand while I got shots because I was so scared! Olivia made sure I wasn't scared and was so compassionate and caring. The dentist is AWESOME. He is kind,caring and gentle. The office manager and front office staff is so sweet and nice! Zero duty of care, commits insurance fraud, lies and convinces it's customers, not patients, because Aspen is retail dentistry at it's finest. They'll tell you that you have a mouth full of cavities and all need to be removed and dentures, then you get shoved room to room, each coming with yet, another issue, it's all about the upsell and then when you FINALLY get to the financial office the individual will push you towards applying for some form of financial loan. Check your bills because I guarantee you, that if you have insurance and you have received "treatment" there, you most likely will find that your insurance company was defrauded to ascertain more profit for the Office Manager's percentage for securing credit loans and Mr. Bob Fontana, the owner, who has NEVER BEEN TO DENTAL SCHOOL NOR HAS ANY SORT OF EDUCATION FOR DENTISTRY. DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN! Find a dentist in your area that you can know that your receiving the best medical care possible because you won't find any quality of product or services, and don't buy the toothpaste, dental rinse, or the several hundred dollars electric toothbrush. Oh and those free exams are a complete scam to get you in the door, and to keep paying.. Incompetent Office Staffing, incompetent hygienists, and usually a dentist, fresh out of dental school. Even the practice is listed under one name, that dentist is never the one who works on your teeth, they will tell you that the dentist is "in-network" and they lie, so you wind up with massive debt from all the appointments you are scheduled. read more

I recently relocated to Jasper Indiana. I had a major tooth ache and knew no qualified Dentists in the area so I walked into Aspen Dental in Jasper Indiana and made an appointment. The next day I arrived for my appointment and they professionally explained the issue and what would need to be done to correct the issue. They claimed that two of my back teeth had to be pulled and that an Oral Surgeon must do the procedure. Bad news was that their Oral surgeon would not be available until the following month. They gave me a quote of $2,096.00 which I prepaid on my credit card and committed to the appointment. They also prescribed antibiotics to deal with the infection. Everything was acceptable up to this point. I show up about a month later and go to check in. By this time I can barely chew food I'm in so much pain. They have no record of my appointment. The receptionist calls the office manager who I only dealt with after the Dentists were done with me. She informs me that someone had canceled the appointment. I told her that I could guarantee her that it wasn't me and that I only communicated with her through the entire process. She just looked at me with a stupid smirk on her face. She was wearing Stilettoes for gods sakes. Who wears Stilettoes in an office environment? She was a total joke and obviously could care less about her mistake. She made no attempt to correct her mistake. She made no attempt to re-book the appointment. She did absolutely nothing other then tell me that she can refund my money. Basically oh well nothing we can do for you. Can you believe it? After almost a month of solid pain and that's her solution. On top of that, she never refunded my money until I showed up and discovered what she had done. So she kept my money for a month. Not only that but when I requested my x-rays they didn't give all of them to me so I had to repeat the x-rays when I got to Wagner Family Dentistry. Here's the good news and something anyone needing professional Dentistry service should do. I walked out the door and drove two buildings down to Wagner Family Dentistry. They got me in two hours later. They gave me the same diagnoses but told me that I did not need an Oral Surgeon to do the procedure. They could do it in the office that day. They pulled both my teeth and I was out of there within two hours. On top of that, the bill was $983.00 Not $2,096.00 that Aspen was trying to rip me off of. Turned out that the office managers incompetence worked out in my favor. So my advise would be to avoid these Dental franchises at all costs. They don't know what they are doing and are incompetent and over priced. Wagner Family Dentistry has my family's Dentistry needs moving forward. They have been in practice in the area for decades. They are professional, courteous and actually cared enough to squeeze me in that day and relieve the pain I was experiencing. Didn't experience anything even close to that two buildings down at Aspen. I wouldn't say to walk out the door and go to Wagner. I would advise you to run out the door and don't look back. You will be happy you did. I sure was. read more
